Child education allowance exempted from tax is currently fixed at Rs. 100 per month per child. That should be increased upto fees paid/month for child education for any child upto max limit of 2500/month or otherwise there is some limit imposed on education fees.

Your government officials of Income Tax Department is bothering to those who are already paying income tax. Population of India is more than 125 crore & only 3 crore are tax payers. Income tax deaprtment is also bothering to those who are already tax payers & is not focussing on non-tax payers.

Sir, Please make some provision for CSR activity from higher level income of individual also. So it will beneficial for poor people also. Give tax bracket like other countries e.g US. Means lower level income people have lower tax bracket and for higher level income people have higher tax rate. It will beneficial to both govt and peoples.

Sir, You have brought a very good initiative of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Yojana. To make it more successful, I request you Jaitley Ji to announce extra rebate as part of IT section 80c to those parents who have daughters and have open Sukanya Samridhi Account in post offices. Since they were able to open Sukanya Samridhi Account with all the valid documentation, the verification/validation wouldn't be difficult at all. This will motivate those parents to save for daughters. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Respected Sir,my suggestion is about imposition of service tax on mutual funds agents.Logically this service tax is the liability of Assets managing cos.but we the small agents who work hard to mobilise funds and create awareness among masses to save & invest their money in right asset class. We earn very little fee against our hard work.Kindly abolish this service tax for agents as was before in previous govt.Sir this is our only source of income.Kindly look into this and make us feel good.

In order to get good teachers, the profession has to be made attractive for talented boys and girls. It would be better to start IT free salary for teachers in rural areas. This can start with Anganwadi workers and school and college teachers. Similarly additional waiver upto Rs 3 lakh more for teachers in semi-urban and upto Rs 5 lakh more for those in Urban areas could be thought off.

I wish to draw your attention towards Tax Laws regarding treatment of Income from Capital Gains or Business Income in Equity Market. The laws regarding this are totally ambiguous & subjective and have been interpreted differently by different assessing officers in the Income Tax department. The plight of the Assessee, who doesnot know how to treat this income and pay tax accordingly. This is leading to lot of harassment to they citizens and also been the cause of a number of litigations on account
