Reduce the money allotted to PSUs like Air India which have negligible/zero social profit (while accounting for the changes in the industry due to such disinvestment)

Companies formed under section-8 of companies act should be formed easily and they should be allowed to grow their endownment corpus by investing in capital markets as under current regulations company can only retain 15%. Its unproductive because you cant grow corpus due to biasness so if you can grow then you cant do charity to donations. It should be allowed as it will reduce considerable capital burden on government, also make sure it can be easliy incorporated

It's pity i have to pay tax on the interest i earned on fixed deposits. more so when i ploughed back the principle and int into savings. this is a disincentive for saving money.

The transition from one I-T slab to another is sweeping and painful. For. eg upto 5 lakhs it's one slab. and now if my salary grows and it becomes 6 lakhs, i enter the next slab i.e. double the amount of tax I paid when my salary was 5 lakhs though my salary has not doubled! instead, the slabs should be progressive. the width of the tax band should be say 2 lakhs ie 2to4 lakhs this much, 4to6 lakhs a little higher etc etc. thanks.

cont....Were these top institutes created to develop India or western countries? If you cant stop them going abroad then stop subsidizing them as these colleges have rich alumini, ask them to contribute as its their turn now. For poor and military people studying you can provide assistance but on overall level its high time such biased approach stops. Otherwise we will have to stop paying taxes. Its time government becomes accountable about how it uses peoples taxes.

Surrender of PAN with Closed business:
case of firms, who have discontinued their business still have to file return u/s 139(1), since no procedure has been prescribed for surrender of PAN by the discontinued firms. Due to this firms are liable to penalty u/s 271F at any time. It is suggested that procedure for surrender of PAN & exemption from filing of return of income in respect of Firms having business discontinued, may be prescribed. With this, firms may be saved from penalty u/s 271F.

Indias top education institutions like IITs,IIMs,NIDs,etc are being touted top of world and India allocated much of resources to these institutions but what about others? Other colleges dont deserve to be developed? Students of these colleges which you subsidise heavily from our taxes see them as passport to Western countries and become brain drain. Why should we pay taxes when my child studying in local college/university dosent get quality education while you sponser brain drain from my taxes?

Payment of Income tax with Debit card and credit card.
In the era where major of the financial transactions are done via debit cards and credit cards, same should been allowed for paying of taxes.
