Few suggestion from my side 1. Ensure some amount of budget(district wise) to provide for DUSTBIN say at Every 500 mts so that people don't litter on roads. 2. Funds for Public toilets at accessible place (that too plan district wise). 3. Just like SMART CITIES allocate some funds for developing RURAL CLUSTERS(Electricity through Solar Panel Irrigation through Solar Pumps etc by involving Sarpanch Directly) 4. A reasonable amount of fund allocation for Promotion of various schemes..

Dear Sir, Today insurance companies are charging service tax. Though the insurance premium is exempted under 80C but the service tax component in insurance premium is not provided with exemption. Hence include the service tax paid for insurance premium under 80C.

Hello Sir, I want to suggest to remove the service tax on rent as owners are not providing any service to the tenants after let out.

Hello Sir, Please make the tax computations easy. I want to say about the service tax under reverse charge. Please remove the reverse charge mechanism under service tax. This is creating unnecessary problems. This will make the payment of service tax easy. Or At least make a rule whereby Organisations need not pay Service tax under reverse charge if a declaration is submitted by the party stating they are not liable to pay service tax just like TDS on software purchase.

Presently the cap under 80c for is 1.5 Lakh, which irrespective of what income bracket a person falls under. One thought is to have a flexible cap based on the income of a person. Eg. person earning less than 5L can have 1.5L cap and person coming under 5L-10L with 2.5L cap. Also the lock needed for such investment can be flexible( eg, for 5L brackek, investment lock in period is 5 years minimum and 10L investment lock is 10 years). This can be directed towards govt bonds, equity, mutual funds.
