To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

मध्यप्रदेश में दुसरे राज्यों की अपेक्षा कर पेट्रोल ओर डीजल पर जादा है।क्यों? इसे कम किया जाए।

Sir, I am a banker & I am thinking about the reforms in our taxation system. As per my view the percentage of tax payer in our country are less. & people usrs some hanky panky tricks to save the taxes. Therefore there should be only one tax should be in our country & As per my veiw it should be 'Purchase Tax' instead of Income tax or other indirect taxes by this the coverage will increase & revenue collection will also increase. Beside this the so called black money will flow in the system .

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, भागलपुर शहर में डाकघर की काफी कमी है। आदमपुर स्थित डाकघर में पिछले 4 माह से कर्मचारी बिना काम के वेतन उठा रहे हैं। बूढ़ानाथ चौक पर एक लाख की आबादी है, लेकिन एक भी डाकघर नहीं है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस बजट में भागलपुर के बुढ़ानाथ चौक, भागलपुर के लिए एक डाकघर स्थापित करने करने का आदेश देने की कृपा की जाय।

1. Allocate fund for drinking water by renovation of water reservoir. 2. Allocate fund for Animal Husbandry at village level by small farming e.g; by distribute upgrade/improved/exotic breed of male animal to villagers. 3. Allocate fund for irrigation facilities nearby river.

श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, सविनय निवेदनपूर्वक कहना है कि बजट में काले धन की रोक संबंधी कानून तो आवश्यक है किन्तु साथ ही साथ देश में फैले भ्रष्टाचारियों के द्वारा कमाए गए धन पर रोक लगाने हेतु निम्न उपाय करने पर विचार करें. (1) किसी भी सरकारी अफसर को एक से अधिक फ्लैट या जमीन के प्लॉट खरीदने पर रोक लगनी चाहिए। (2) दस लाख रूपये से अधिक कुछ भी खरीदने से पहले उनके आय का स्रोत जाना जाय और कम से कम दो वर्ष पूर्व का इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न का फ़ाइल देखें।

THERE ARE MANY PERSONS WHO ARE NOT PAYING THEIR DUE TAXES BY WAY OF HIDING Interest on Fixed Deposits, AVOIDING TDS by giving 15G/15H even if not eligible,Not disclosing income on rented homes, Calculating lesser Net profit from Business by debiting fake expenditure (especially Non-Audit assesses), Claiming deductions without actually investing the amounts like Life Insurance, PF, etc. (since no documents need to be attached to the Tax Returns) Such things be avoided by way of suitable laws.

Respected Sir, Please provide sufficient budget for the plantation at the revolutionary scale ,to plant thousands kinds of trees and shrubs which provide fruits , vegetables, medicines, timber and flowers of ornamental use along the roads, railways, canals , in parks and on the edges of agricultural farms throughout the country.It will eradicate hunger and bring prosperity.The health of the people and atmosphere (Climate) of the country will be better.
