Those who have two houses, one is considered as self occupied and other is considered as deemed let out. Problem arises to calculate the income from that house. It is always not clear what is the rent one should consider as because rent varies widely. So either this should be removed (income tax for second house) or any authority should declare the rent rate at that locality.

The professional like CAs, Cost Accountants, Co. Secretaries, Advocates, Tax Consultants know some persons who are not paying the due taxes. Many people are spending heavily on costly Mobile handsets, Four wheelers, living in posh flats, bungalows, costly interiors, furnishing Trips, foreign travel, events like marriages etc. But very few are disclosing such things and paying the taxes. Honest Citizens should be encouraged to inform such things to the Govt.under "Confidentiality".

NEED FOR ANTI-TAX EVASION BUREAU
There is a need to set up ANTI-TAX EVASION BUREAU in the country to enable citizens to inform about Tax Evaders to the Govt. without disclosing the identity of the Informer. Some mechanism should be evolved wherein the people can inform about the Tax-Evaders to the concerned authorities.

My Suggestion is for Income Tax. Please make only two slabs for Income Tax 0 to 100 lakhs Income 15% tax and higher then will attract 30% all cess inclusive. Individual will have nil tax and no return should be required if they invest in 80 C 5 times of tax amount up to a maximum limit of Individual Income of 10 lacs.
0 to 10 lacs nil tax if they invest in 80C no tax return required.
grater then 10 lacs and less then 100 lacs 15% (all cess inclusive)
grater then 100 lacs 30% (all incl.)

Cntd. The elderly and disabled may be exempted from physical work. The wages for the workers may be shared equally(50/50) by the govt and the employers. This will result in large savings in the govt(tax payer's)money and will help the poor farmers and small rural entrepreneurs making the scheme worthwhile and long lasting and beneficial to all.

1. A new income tax slab to be created for widows. As a single earner of the family, I request the income tax slab may be increased for the widows.
2. A new reservation for the children of widows to be created for their studies and for their Govt jobs
3. The treatment of cancer in USA to be brought into India also to safeguard the lives of many cancer patients
I submit the above requests for kind implementation in the Union Budget on behalf of lots of widows and their children.

public spending in agriculture sector can improve farm productivity
as well as raise farmers income .
1. pradhan mantri sinchai yojana - irrigation scheme should be given prime importance
to reduce adverse impact of droughts , climate change etc .
2. Agro forestry(trees+ crops+animals) should be promoted to make farms resilient .
3. Construction of rural warehouses for crops . it will reduce crops destruction and can help farmers get remunerative price.
