Please raise tax limit to Rs 5 lakh. Please remove all tax exemptions like insurance, home loan etc. This will make tax payment so simple for everybody and will also remove huge paperwork and time and energy of IT dept. Only medical treatment of family members can be deducted from income. Tax slabs can be revised to compensate this loss eg. 5-10 lakh (10%), 10-20 lakh(15%), 20-30 lakh(20%), 30-40 lakh (25%) and > 40 lakh - 30%. More people will start paying taxes if we keep it simple.

The bio-digester and bio-digester based toilets manufactured using technology developed by the DRDO should be exempted from all kinds of taxes and duties as this achieves near 100% decomposition of human and organic wastes. The exemptions will allow bio-digester based toilets to be sold at more competitive rates and will help achieve Swachch Bharat objectives as a much faster rate than at present.

Currently, certain of mass consumption such as washing soaps and detergents, shampoos and hand wash etc. are made from materials which are NOT bio-degradable, which is a leading cause of pollution, particularly, of the water bodies. In order to promote environment friendly products, such items of mass consumption made from 100% bio-degradable inputs (certified to be so by laboratories authorized by the government in this regard) should be fully exempt from excise duty.

VAT and ST collections are being grossly underreported.
I suggest that every business establishment should upload the bill number and amount into a Central Server in not more than T+2 days. Simultaneously, citizens should be incentivised to verify themselves from the site that VAT collected from them has been posted and report the same if not. Incentives should be very very high to ensure people's participation.

Income from Waste to Energy projects, Dust absorbing projects, Sewer water treatment projects should be exempted from all types of taxes.
Education Loan should be given at RBI lending rate without collateral upto Rs 25 Lakhs.
Banks can be allowed to lend beyond 50% but upto 70% of value of assets without any restriction on lending rate to put an end to private financing by certain society of people. This will stop private money lending and saving the life of many in our country.

Respected sir, i appreciate your initiative of banning polythene bags but there is a problem with using paper bags is that they easily get hole or break into pieces such that the food items like sugar get overflowed. So i want you to take some steps on this issue.

An idea if implemented in this budget 2016, can saves crores of rupees corruption money all over India where state governments / their local bodies are calling/awarding tenders manually instead of call on e-tender/ e- procurement basis.
Full details are attached herewith.
