Babus should be made very clear that they should ensure zero corruption in govt's pet schemes like food security act. The mandatory 30% commission taken as bribe should be made 0 in these schemes. Rahul Gandhi made the mistake of introducing nobel scheme like MGNREGA but didn't control corruption in the scheme so it become a burden instead of a boon. FM should make this very strict and tell babus that they can eat in other schemes but not in this scheme.

Budget should introduce mechanism to reduce administrative expenses by 30% by putting curbs on the petrol/diesel incentives given to govt employees by 50%-60%. This will have multiple effects of reducing pollution as well as traffic on our roads. It should also make govt schemes like jan-dhan yojana mandatory for govt employees.

Budget needs to introduce measures to control plastic waste endangering our environment. Companies that use plastic packaging should be mandated to charge at least Rs.1 for the packaging and introduce mechanism to pay Rs.1 to customers to recollect the packaging. This will incentivise people to return the packaging instead of throwing them on the streets.

FARMERS IN INDIA REQUIRE WATER AND ELECTRICITY TO STAY AWAY FROM SUICIDE. KEEP PROVISION OF 10000 CRORE FOR SEA WATER PURIFICATION SO THAT THEY GET WATER 24 HOURS. ALSO KEEP PROVISION OF 1000 CRORE TO PLANT 10000 CRORE TREES ACROSS INDIA WHICH WILL SAVE OUR CLIMATE AND HELP REDUCE GLOBAL WARMING. WHEN MODIJI SAY WE ARE LEADING GLOBAL WARMING ISSUE THEN HE MUST NOT SUPPORT SELLING OIL AND FOUR WHEELERS WHICH ARE MAJOR CAUSE OF POLLUTION AND GLOBAL WARMING.

To reduce farmer suicides, govt needs to introduce a program like 'krishik samman' or farmer's dignity which prohibits lenders from foreclosing less than two acres of farmland of a farmer and also his farm house. Similar laws are enforced in countries like US to make sure poor people do not end up on streets. They can be pledged for loans but cannot be confiscated. Instead the lender has to evolve a payment plan from the crop/crop insurance to pay off the loan through EMIs.
