1. In budget government should think about uniform growth all across india. Currenetly growth is happening in pockets.
2. Metro Rail projects to be initiated with the minimum population of cities 20 to 30 lacs.
3. Through company CSR initiative governemnt can ask big companies to develope toilets, gardens in India. Also they can be asked to maintain it.

Introduce new reporting under IT Act. Mandatory provision for reporting Different Heads of Expenditure for total Cash Payments made during the year by business entities/NGOs/Trusts etc. This would help the Government in gathering information about the volume of cash transactions happening in India and take a decision for introducing Cash Transaction Tax

1. Now a days no body wanted to stay in villages, reasons are basic infrasture is not available. Roads, water, facility, gardens, entertainment, education system, jobs hence cities are flooded with peoples. Government should encourage to improve the infrastructure and basic facilities in villages so that people will stop migrating from villages to towns.
2. Now a days cities like mumbai delhi, kolkatta chennai etc dont have any more capacity to accomodate many more peoples.

1. There are so many statues are there in each cities. Policy before erecting any new statues to be made. Once staues are made only people will put flowers on anniversaries. After that no body will see what amount of dust is accumulated on these statues.
2. In villages for childrens there are no resources to play in gardens as it is not available. Government should instruct all Panchayat to make available gardens for playing childrens starting from all villages as per population requirement.

1. Education system in India to be made like our constitution and only expert people only can take decisions on this. Right now in india it is like a business. Only people who is having money will learn and who dont have to compromise.
2. Similar like education, medical treatment is also become costlier and people who afford it are survived. There are lot of money accumulated in devastaan/Temples. That money can be utilised for providing services of educations, medical help, roads, waters etc

To create National Infrastructure Bond to make Bridges.Making bridges (under pass & overpass) will make seamless travel without waiting for signals.Today to cross 10 kms we spend 60 to 90 minutes. The fuel consumption is equal to crossing 40 kms , if there are no stoppages. That is 30% savings can be achieved with improved systems. Our fuel import bill will come down by 30% pa if we construct 10000 bridges(100 cities X 100 bridges). The savings can be distributed back as tax free dividends.Regards.

Respected PM Sir,
Sub: swachh Bharath Mission.
If possible please create the "Department of cleaning" under the central government in each district/Taluk.In which recruit only the graduates , who are willing to work without expecting the salary.
Just give the powers to them, I hope that people are listening to the words of people who has powers/position than the normal people.
Best Regards
Manjunath Sundaraj

1. In rail budget there should be involvement of state government funds and state government also can contribute for the development of rail infrastructure in the states.
2. for constructions in the cities, mountains are being demolished and stones are being removed from the mountains. This is damaging the environment policy to be made in Budget.
3. Every where there is scarcity of water, my suggestion is acculation of water to be done below mountains by digging a big lake/well/pond.
