All the schools should have counselling centers for students.Psychologists should be hired by education department.Online counseling centers are also can be started if enough resources are not available. This can be a solution for so many problems facing by students, especially teenegers.Because Parents & Teachers may not be able to solve all the issues always. So hope a sincere contribution will happen in this budget for this.

1) Quality of education at all levels of education and for all. We are having huge man-force, but they being ill educated it affects on their on job performance. That leads to long working hours, frustration and affects badly on quality of life. This also leads the people to stuggle to meet their financial inputs and expenditures. 2) Quality of in-city roads needs to improve. As the roads are improperly built it is affecting badly on health. Also, increases travel time. 3) Ban Cigarettes.

Government should more focus on battery operated vehicle/CNG vehicles in small cities as well specially in public transport. Also government should encourage people to use things which work on solar energy by providing some subsidy on them. This will lead to decrease work load on our power systems. And make necessary for people who can afford this.

I have seen in most of trains, there is not any planning for garbage specially in general/SL coach.People throw waste from window. This leads to increase pollution in rural areas. Also it should be necessary for all commercial buildings to work on water harvesting. Also make some more effective plans for farmers and agriculture, because they are strength of our country.
