Do away with Kerosene subsidy completely. Pay the savings directly in account of women of of those households which are not having gas connection. Exclude income tax payees. It can not be a case that those who can afford to get gas connection get subsidy, but those who can not afford, do not get anything. Yearly payment in such account should exceed the maximum subsidy any Gas connection holder can get in a year. If gas-connected get 5000 subsidy, pay at least 5000 to havenot.

Staggering exemptions provided to corporate houses is a sin. This is no way of running economy. If corporates are in distress, create business opportunities which they should strive to meet. Remove all exemptions forthwith. Identify the sector needing support. Government has ways and means to exceed surplus supply capacity, if any in economy. India is underfed and undeserved economy. It has consumption capacity way beyond all existing corporate capacity.Increase projects and transfer to people.

My suggestion is on sex ratio improvement through financial linkage to beti bachao beti padhao abhiyaan in coming budget. Make separate incometax slab for female child parents. No income tax upto Rs 5 Lac on one girl child per file & there should be no income tax upto Rs 10 Lac on two daughters parents but less than three daughters. Tax deduction of upto 2 Lac on girl child education & 5 Lac can be invested in ssavings under section 80C of IT act. Such things need to be done to increase females
