To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

वित्त मंत्रीजी नमस्कार मैं मध्य प्रदेश के छोटे से शहर शिवपुरी मे कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर का व्यवसाय करता हू. पिछले १ साल से ऑनलाइन व्यपार के कारण हम लोगो का धंधा चोपट सा हो गया है ऑनलाइन मार्किट वाले खरीद रेट से काम दर पर माल बेच रहे है जबकि एक दुकानदार के ढेर सारे खर्चे होने के साथ साथ उसे अपना परिवार भी पालना है ये ऑनलाइन वाले अपना घटा दिखाकर बाद मे छूट मांगेंगे . यदि दुकान की कमाई कम होगी तो दुकानदार भी अपने खर्चो मे कमी ( स्टाफ मे कटौती , वेतन मे कटौती) आदि से अपना काम करेगा .

Please remove or reduce all types of taxes on manufacturing and selling of products like dustbin/ wheeled waste bin/ garbage bin/ garbage collection vehicle, machines, duster etc to reduce price of products related to waste management. Encourage to sell product related to household waste collection equipment on low price in big stores/ shops such BigBazar, Spencer and other chains. Promotes Startups and private organisation in the field of waste management unit/ recycle plant setup.

Honorable FM and Budget Team, Sir, my sincere suggestion and request to you is create a support scheme for growing children who need continual medication for treatment of life battling medical challenges like insulin dependent Type-I Diabetes. The require continual injections of Insulin before taking the food & the cost of good Insulin is very high( pen-fill of 3 ml costs above Rs.500) in the pharmacy market.Treatment cost is too high to the parents of such children & requires attention.

TDS deduction is pain and encourage forging signature on declaration. Instead make IT acknowledgement no. mandatory where sec 44AE is mentioned. Also provide a mechanism to check the ack. no. This will reduce paper work.

#Budget Create a Police Welfare Fund and improve the quality of their housing and working environment. Introduce a minimal or higher (for those who want the services provided expeditiously) service charge for the services such as issuing a police verification certificate, passport clearance, etc., to be paid online with the receipt to be attached with the application and assign the specific time period required for both normal and expeditious services.

why not to abolish the form C or other forms format bcoz of that we the businees men & governmrnt suffer huge losses. We do have to pay extra tax along with compound interest & if we file a case under consumer act the government had to bear the useless expenses and waste of time & energy

There should be just one unified budget for India. Railway budget should be consolidated into the financial budget. Every ministry should come up with their budget allocations and submit it to Finance Ministry (FM). FM should review ministry budgets and send back any corrections/suggestion and after it solidifies. All the budgets should be accumulated. Budgets should be focused more on the NEEDS fulfilment (basic infrastructure should be solidified).

Regarding income tax return filing exempt those who have only tds mode tax paying and the income tax department can dedicate its time in more tax evasion detection
