In budget, Kindly reduce individual's income tax that to 5 to 10%. It fetches less tax more income (revenue). People also pay the tax promptly without holding for black money. Tax payers have given their PAN No. to Bank and other Financial institution, with that Income Tax Department knows that where the money kept by the individual. Instead of self declaration by the individual, let Department serve the notice to the tax payer which avoid confusions. It helps the tax payers also know the

#UnionBudget -- Out of whopping 125 crore population, only 5% public pays income tax. That too majority of tax is paid by salaried employee. Hence Slab should be changed from the existing tax slabs. Earning a 10 lakh package for 5 years exp is not big deal. But actual tax paid by that professional is too high. And out of that 10 lakh offer, his take home salary is around 7.5 lakh only.

sir, Guntur is the largest producer of chillies. This district contributes 30% of chillie production in India. We have cotton board, coffee board, spicy board but we doesn't have a chillie board in India.so if the govt.of India establishes a chillie board in Guntur then it can not only help the farmers but also helps the domestic and export market for chillies such as regulation of area and production ease and timely acces to credit, timely availabilty of inputs, development of new market avenues etc

Aadhar should be made mandatory (by a Finance Bill) for all financial transactions above Rs 1000. No vehicle, property, jewellery, air ticket or electrical appliance should be sold without Aadhar (or a 30% Privacy Tax may be levied if details are withheld). All properties purchased earlier should be mandatorily mapped to UID in next 2 years after which all unmapped properties should be forfeited. This will help curb black money and corruption.

The Indian Sovereign Bonds should also be made eligible for deduction under 80C, if held for complete financial year in consideration. This (along with other procedural measures to increase retail participation in such bonds) is likely to reduce the interest rate on government bonds and decrease the Govt liability.

The calendar that everyone follows is January to December.
Then why can we not have financial year as 2015/ 2016 and so on.
There is so much confusion and litigation because of April to March calendar year as financial year and assessment year.
Just follow 1 year i.e. calendar year 2016.
You want simplification of tax laws?
Can there be a bigger simplification than this. A change is huge mindset and legacy.
