Right now tax limits are set as per Income.
Size of family members/ dependents should be a parameter while deciding on tax slab.
If family is having more than two children then there should be penalty tax or extra cess payable.
If there are more elderly dependents in a family, then there should be relaxation as there will be more expenses on food, healthcare.

Railway budget for Kanjicode (Palakkad,Kerala) coach factory may be given this time, as it is pending since long. Through this employment opportunity can be increased and development can also be taken place. Our one of the main aims of Clean mission is to be reviewed periodically at all levels and strict implementation is necessary. Toilets in schools and common places and railways seems yet to be implemented in most of the places. If necessary required budget may be allocated for the same.

Public/Crowdfunding for Startups:
Create a web portal controlled and managed by RBI through which public can login and offer small funds as donations to approved startups based on their objectives, projections, current development status, time frame etc. This will help in redefining and fine tuning what is required for the public / common man and in which direction should the start-ups move. A periodic self certification/audit is also needed to prevent any misuse of such funds.

Sir, For strengthening the Budget our FM can explore this. Our passenger trains are in the sun for about 10 hours every day. The roof area of a bogie(carriage) is about 75 Sqm. A sg meter size solar panel left in the sun generates one KW of power and in 10 hours of sunlight the panels of the roof generate 750X1 = 750KWH. This could, if used for electric traction could save a lot of power more so there are hundreds of carriages under the sun and can make a substantial impact on the Budget.

Sir, FM is struggling to improve the Budget. A lot of expenditure is being incurred on POWER in the Railway stations. Solar panels can be installed on ALL railway stations because they are under the sun for 10 hours/day. They can produce power and use it for fans during day, and also lights at night. The surplus if any can be fed into the general power system
All the passenger trains are in the sun every day for 10 hours. Each carriage has a roof area of 75 Sq

The cost of life saving medicines (including diabities/kidney diseases) should be minimum. The cost of living is goingup. BPL and higher income group people are protected with facilities available to them from government, but in case of middle income/low income group are more sufferer in spite of ruling of every government. So they should also be considered as citizen of this country and they should be protected from price rise.

The proposed/coming budget should be a common man budget. Inspite of so many years, poverty exists. EPF pensioners are getting meager pension. They find it very difficult to meet both the ends. Most of the pensioners are coming under APL, but their yearly income from pension would be 12000 or 20000 only. So most of them under poverty and due to retired age and diseases with this meager pension amount they are pulling on life than living.so please do needful to mitigate poverty.
