Capital Gains Tax should be collected at source instead of keeping track of such huge infinite no of transactions. On Immovable properties Capital Gains Tax should be collected at source both from seller and buyer inclusive of those buying based on General Power of Attorney based on Ave rage Market Rate. Due credit should be given on Proportionate Tax already paid earlier by the seller or buyer as the case may be.

By implementing this two things can happen 1. All together 5 to 10 k physically challenged people get the job n leave a respectfully 2. Good gouvernce will reach grass root. Since comments voters are your coustmers in business terms introduce a crm software where u can generate reports to know how much complaint came and how much it took to slove the problem. 3 it will help mp to connect to local peoplen der problem..

Dear sir.
Under digital India sceam .we can add one more sub sceam in it. Mp call center in which atleast 10 physically challenged people can recruited by local mp to take the complaint or grievance. Which can make big change in providing a good gouvernce. For emaple school kids may not get good quality mid meal in which they call this no or got to chat and register a complaint. In this case necessary person as to take action in given time frame.

Respected PM sir I want to share my opinion regarding mission clean India We people of India generally chew paan and gudka and while travelling in the road we spit that gudka in road So you should deploy some people or volunteers in every 100m of road inside the city ( smart city ) and the volunteers will charge fine to the people who spit these gudka or anything on the road And if the people travelling in business or any veichle and spit anything then fine with be charged to driver or owner..

HONORABLE FINANCE MINISTER,please prepare a 'welfare fund' for schools and colleges so that, the management bodies will not henceforth be forced to recover from the newly appointed teachers, lakhs of rupees for the maintainance of their school or college buildings.Start the recruitment of teachers and lecturers purely on the basis of merit.

Respected Sir,
Sir you will launch "start up India stand up India'' officially and the result is tremendous. but Sir you observe that if you will do something for youth then the interest of program is more multiple of the normal other initiative. So sir i wan't to request you focus some more areas are -
1- Easy education loans currently really very difficult.
2- launch new apps the are information related to job.
3- Rating skills which skills more valuable in market.

Dear Prime Minister,
(1) Please see if the interest rates are lowered and it becomes easier for the people to own things.
(2) There need be encouragement for the non-corrupt, maybe incentive also.

Sir, with historically low crude oil prices, we need to take this as an opportunity to improve our manufacturing sector. Increasing excise is a short term gain. It will be better to bring in reforms across sectors, implement the many well thought out programs that have been delayed, thereby giving a breathe of fresh air to the economy, job market, the manufacturing sector, to move to a sellers market. Services have dominated for too long, with slow down world over, it is time to fill the gap.

Sir, the bane of growth is corruption. To check this all institutions should enforce standard operating procedures, have an integrity unit with toll free number, a streamlined whistle blower policy and ombudsmen / arbitrators to look into complaints. Tackling corruption and sources of local black money effectively will itself lead to better money circulation and operating profit. Also, no single individual can manipulate the functioning, all bureaucrats & technocrats will also need to co-operate
