There should be no federalism in Judiciary. Judicial employees of India irrespective of SCI or any HC or any lower Court should come under one umbrella and all the Judicial Employees should be made Central Government Employees. It will make the identity, dignity and autonomy of the judiciary sustainable. Clerks actually run the country. The Peskars/ Ministerial Officers in the Courts work day and night. Their salary should be made higher with little difference from the judges.

Increase income stream, in consistent way, how, help new start up, youth, new entrepreneur, how it can be done, all PSU give first support that above start up produce, for example my case, long well accepted product got discontinued by one MNC, that I managed before left and recreated hoping that all old client will ( more than 50% are from PSU) be support, passed 18 months, it is frustrating feeling that they show more interest in avoiding than helping me,

I request to government to waive service tax from saving and insurance products. Our country already legging far behind in insurance penetration and service tax enhances cost of insurance and leads to unattractive instrument higher tax leads it to move away with this necessary thing.

My suggestion is looks very unpractical but it will create huge impact in terms pollution control and time saving which will ultimately help for nation building. I suggest incorporating new toll cess duty in petrol and diesel prices instead of toll gate throughout the country as per states road condition. Toll fund will be collected and use to develop new road infrastructure development. This will eliminate queuing at toll gate which will reduce pollution and traffic at toll

This #Budget should be more focussed on how the Research and development of the nation is to be empowered and therefore sufficient stress has to be laid on in bringing up the sectors that could really help in the commercialization of the research from laboratory to market scale in the Indian society so that our dependency on the foreign goods is lowered and we are able to attain the state self sufficiency which would benefit India evolve into a developed nation from a developing one.

If a Sr Citizen of Lower Middle Class or Middle class family has to make a home in city for himself and his wife, He has to shell down RS 25000 towards rent. For food and clothing he needs a Minimum of RS 25000. All put together makes RS 6 Lakhs. This apart Medical Expenses. For getting this much interest, he has to keep an FD of RS 80 Lakhs. If they sell a house, they should not be punished with Capital Gains Tax, as well as Income Tax.

For food and clothing he needs a Minimum of RS 25000. All put together makes RS 6 Lakhs. This apart Medical Expenses. For getting this much interest, he has to keep an FD of RS 80 Lakhs.
