To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Dear PM Sir, Now, we need strict action against terorrism. Give strict instructions to state govts, they have to do their duties honestly. Please provide transprancy in all decisions.

Atleast 10% budget needs to be allotted for Social sectors - Health, Education, child & women nourishment. It will reap many indirect benefits over long term

As we want to move to smart cities and having fixed parameters for same, we should form planning board at Municipal body & Panchayat level to properly develop plan for each place for local modern facilities.

All local facilities like road, water etc to a property are provided and governed by local bodies like municipalities & gram Panchayats.All land records are also maintained by them.So all property transfer registrations should also be progressively done with these bodies to avoid duplication.Fee thus earned by them may be suitably adjusted from development fund for them by state governments.This will complete & digitalize land records faster.

all subsidies will be given to genuine person. after linking with aadhaar there is also corruption and theft. there should be fool-proof method to give subsidy who actually want .

Economic success of Bharat before the British came was because of: Agricultural prowess. Handloom textile prowess. Metallurgical and other technological innovations. Handcrafting of fine goods, buildings and monuments. Trading both domestically and all across the world. Decentralised community based planning and participation. A sensible and enlightened ruling class. To regain its lost glory Bharat should go back to above. Please read attached PDF my suggestions.

black money invested in property. do digital governance in this section. stamp duty papers , registration charges, all should be in digital format. give facility who buy online.

Dear Sir, Please link adhaar card to pan card because many people take benefit. Second suggestion bank account number portability one bank to another bank same as mobile number portability. Third Suggestion Indian Consumer Court system is not good. Please start online complaint facility. Fourth Suggestion Every political party and every games federation like cricket BCCI in cover under RTI.
