To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

To promote & development of govt. Schools provide the additional relief in income tax in this #unionBudget for the Indians taxpayer. so that the development of Indian govt. school will be done by this government. Special thanks to this govt. for transparent decision

THE POPULATION OF OUR COUNTRY IS MORETHAN 120 CRORES AND WE NEED TO GIVE PRIORITY TO THE AGRICULTURE. ONE PLACE THE FOOD GRAINS ARE WASTED WITHOUT PROPER STORAGE AT THE SAME IN THE ANOTHER PLACE PUBLIC ARE DYEING DUE TO NEED OF FOOD.IT SHOULD BE ABOLISHED.ALSO THE TRANSFER OF AGRICULTURAL LAND TO BUILDING TO BE RESTRICTED BY SEVERE LAWS. ANOTHER POINT IN INDIA THERE IS NO PROPER RECOGNITION FOR THE MERIT STUDENTS WHO ARE BELONGS TO FORWARD COMMUNITIES. YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION FOR THE SAME

To stop corruption at lower levels, cut down the interaction between user and official as in Singapore, by bringing in automated decision making processes. Encourage states to examine paperwork for each work process and eliminate paperwork, which may be the jurisdiction of other depts/offices. computerization will lead to audit trail of decision making to identify bottlenecks and speedbreakers. Please spend more on computerization and upgradation of computers in all offices

RESPECTED PM I HAVE SOME SUGGESTION FOR UNION BUDGET 2016 1.TO PROMOTE CAPITAL MARKET INVESTMENT IN INDIA LIBERALISE INCOME TAX ACT AND SEBI RULES ,IN INDIA AS PER THE INFO ONLY 3% PEOPLE INVEST IN CAPITAL MARKET.TO PROMOTE CAPITAL MARKET INVESTMENT ,INCREASE THE INCOME TAX SECTION 80C TO 200000 TO 300000 ESPECIALLY FOR CAPITAL MARKET INVESTMENT LIKE STOCKS,DEBENTURE,GOVERNMENT BONDS ETC.

Any tax regime would be successful only when there is audit trail. NO audit trail is available when transactions are done in Cash,hence transactions using Credit/Debit Card should be encouraged by giving an incentive of 1% of tax amount when spent for purchases which will enable audit trail for GST/VAT regime. Most shopkeepers discourage Credit/Debit card due to 2 month lag in payment receipt from Bank and 2% charged by most banks. The fee should be waived & payment done in 15 days.

महोदय अवगत कराना है कि मनरेगा योजनान्‍तर्गत कम्‍प्‍यूटर आपरेटरों की पीडा को समझे इस समय उत्‍तर प्रदेश में सभी विकास खण्‍डों में एसईसीसी का सर्वे डाटा फार्म सभी रोजगार सेवकों का वितरित किया गया है, लेकिन वह सभी फार्म जो कि किसी गाव में 150 तो कही 300 तो कही 800 तक है, और वह सारा फीडिंग एक ही कम्‍प्‍यूटर आपरेटर के उपर थोपा जा रहा है फीडिंग करने के लिए जिसके कारण सभी कम्‍प्‍यूटर आपरेटर बहुत ही परेशन है क.पया इस समस्‍या का निराकरण करने की कृपा करें

Reduce the gas subsidy to 6 per year.Don't waste too much money in buying Rafael jets as war is not going to happen in near future.Instead put that money in development of tejas and all other guns for army.

PLEASE REVISE MEDICAL BILLS AMOUNT EXEMPT FROM RS 15,000/- FROM SALARY TO EMPLOYEES TO RS 50,000/=. THE MEDICAL BILLS AMOUNT AHS NOT BEEN REVISED FOR NOT LESS THAN 8 TO 10 YEARS NOW. FURTHER PUT A TAX ON ROADS NEWLY DONE UP TO MAINTAIN THEM . REVISE THE GUIDELINES ISSUED AS "VOLUNTARY GUIDELINES "TO ONLY "GUIDELINES FOR SUPER ANNUATION AGE INCREASE TO 60 YEARS AS IS MENTIONED IN IT. REVISE THE GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT OF GRATUITY FROM HALF MONTHS PAY FACTOR TO FULL MOTHS PAY .

Respected sir The defence personnel get subsidy in canteen . but there are too much foreign made goods.The Indian companies are not supported in that. So foreign made goods or foreign company (like hul)should be taken out of canteens.
