The mechanism to prevent fraud is important. The recent Bank Of Baroda Forex fraud is an eye opener ! Why should the foreign exporter insist on Advance remittance? Not at all necessary. the banks can open a letter of credit asking their foreign correspondent bank to add confirmation, so that the foreign exporter is assured of payment on submission of shipping documents. No genuine foreign exporter will dis agree. The importer can be asked to deposit the money with the bank as margin ifneeded.

Prime Minister Sir,We should introduce Health cess in this year's Budget, similar to on lines of Swach Bharat cess and Entertainment Tax etc.I think we all agree that all people of our country should have atleast some health cover just like life cover. We should introduce Health Insurance for all willing just like we introduced Life cover and accidental cover through our highly innovative schemes and also setup a National Health Relief Fund.
