The limit relating to remuneration of partners should be removed. This will be in line with the remuneration given by private Ltd co. Also fixing a limit for the remuneration to be drawn is not justifed. As partners have to pay more taxes. This will lead to discouragement in forming partnership firm. One here may suggest to form a Pvt. Ltd. Co. but in certain type of business or professions forming of Pvt. Ltd. Co. Is not allowed.

Save environment in this budget:
Government is most interested to sale oil to consumers and four wheelers to earn excise and sales tax. Why can't govt understand the damage to environment by pollution.
Put heavy taxes on four wheelers running on petrol or diesel.
No tax on CNG or hybrid or electric vehicles for three years.
10000 crore to make new gardens plantation and free spaces across polluted cities
No taxes on solar equipments
5000 crore for sea water purification plant for

In order to ensure effective funds flow to the states, any state can ask the centre for interest in delayed payment, if funds are not released upon receiving utilization certificates.

Dear Modi Jee, I am proposing to abolish personal tax and introduce asset based tax of 2% for real estate at its current price. Tax collection will double or many be triple and people will get a belated new year gift. This gift will be good enough for winning next two elections. India will become economic super power in next 10 years and every youth of this country will get employment. Please read my detailed suggestion in attached pdf. Thanks you.

How about merging the good bank with the bad bank (in NPA terms) and hand over the command in the hand of the good bank. Cleaning up banking sector is very important if for that we have to privatise few of the banks we should and with that fund help the other banks
