If husband & wive both are in Govt. service, then one has to resign before marriage. Govt. employees cannot marry each other unless & until one of them resigns from Govt. Service

There are some rules in the Government which are absurd viz. if one dies, then his ward gets job & his wife gets pension, double benefits. When you are giving employment to his ward to secure his family then why giving pension. Either give pension or give employment.

Online filing of Income Tax Returns of all income groups must be made compulsory to make the department paperless. Online filing of I.T.returns must be made mandatory for all.

Can we introduce a provision for the citizens to declare their assets in a confidential manner. This can be real estate, equity, gold or other precious items. There should not be any issue with declaration of real estate as this should be registered. Making people come forward with other assets will be an issue. But this is necessary to control the black money. Same time people need protection from disclosure of such information.

Dear Sir, Even though people might have money or has the capacity to take loan to fulfil their basic needs like purch home; people has to think twice, thrice or more before investing their hard earned money because of increase in the rate of defaulters in Builders. Why can’t we have a financial product similar like ASBA a/c for buying home for private builders i.e. instead of giving the money to builder the purchaser will keep the money with Bank till trf 1of complete ownership

Main reason for black money is real estate. Steps should be taken to curb this. They take 15 to 25% amount as Cash. This cash is not included in amount displayed to government while registration for the flats. Even the Customer is comfortable and the reason behind this government and its tax system. Either Government has no control or little control on real estate mafia. They make buildings in 10Crore and sell the rooms at rate of 1 crore. Carpet area vs Built up area???

Respected PM and FM & team,
Please give the salaried class an option to choose either NPS or PF. I know it was announced in the last year, but we still do not have an option. This will be a welcome step and it can be utilized by people who are willing..

Please consider banning spending any amount above Rs.5000/ by cash . This will reduce scope to spend black money by people. Please encourage spending by credit card, online , by cheque etc. Thanks//
