To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Modi's Government impact within the country can be ensured only through Price control followed by Budget. The Budget should prevent all states to levy taxes by way bringing out GST or Expenditure Tax in the budget which will abolish all Indirect Taxes similar to abolishing outdated labour laws which can overcome the Congress game plan of not allowing GST act passed in Rajya Sabha. Income Tax should be simplified for public by limiting upto the age of 60 Years with only one rate of 30% beyond 10L

To encourage industries having private siding to repair the rakes received wherein the photograph can be taken and the sheet which is damaged can be replaced.To adjust the amount incurred in any demurrages levied the expenditure i.e cost of sheet steel used for repair. You can utilise the Digital Bandwidth to view repair online or record the same to main server in railways the damaged Boxes before reapir and after repair. The waiting time for engine can be utilised effectively.

Most food items intended for retail sale (biscuits, toffees, chocolates, noodles etc.) are now packaged in non-bio-degradable packaging materials. To remedy the situation, the excise tariff system should allow full exemption from excise duty to all such food products intended for retail sale which are certified by the FSSAI to be packaged in bio-degradable packaging material.

Ti re introduce the 50% subsidy in freight for a distance of less than 100 Kms especially for port city like vizag where the empty rakes will be available and they can used effectively for shifting material to industry from port reducing spillage on roads and give initiative to swaach Bharat.

To increase the Rolling stock and also use the Digital India network for allotment of rakes so that industries do not suffer for raw material. At present coal allotment is being done but rakes are not being allotted saying priority is power resulting in severe shortage for Steel industry. MCL is not placing delivery by Rail in auction.

Shri Maanniya Modi JI One excellent Idea of how to stop corruption in all state governments /bodies tender processing, where tenders are called manually instead of e- Tenders/ e- procurement are enclosed in this note , which can be implemented in the proposed budgets. This will save crores of rupees. Hope if you find favourably , please implements in this budget 2016. I have also posted the enclosed letter on PMO facebook web site today. अपने बच्चों को माध्यमिक तक कि शिक्षा सरकारी स्कूलों मे दिलाने वालों को आयकर मे विशेष छूट का प्रावधान हो ।

उत्साही उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहन हेतु कुछ लघु उद्योग इस तरह से संरक्षित किये जाये कि उन पर आने वाला सारा खर्च राज्य का हो परंतु उन लघु इकाइयों को स्वतंत्र रूप से निजी उद्यमियो द्वारा चलाया जाये । इस प्रकार कार्य शीलता मे बृद्धि होगी ।
