Govt should. provides some fund for farmer family who wants to be entrepreneur, so that they can start their own venture on micro or small level in his village and by this they will not leave their place for the job and also they can generate few jobs in his own village.
India need a equal development scheme but right now only that person can start venture who have enough capital that’s why richer become more richer and common people hardly to earn two times meal only.

Govt. Can segment 10 to 20 villages accordingly their geographical area and establish a agriculture centre where they can get training and information regarding their financial planning, govt. scheme, crop planning, whether information, market situation for particular crop, demand and supply ration of crop for that season so that they can choose best alternative which crop would be more profitable for them, etc. by the professional.

I know there is lots of schemes are already running but in ground level they are not presence.Only those people get benefited by govt. scheme who have power and jack ,a common farmer who actually deserve for that they always be in waiting list and not get any benefit and in case they get then it possible when they give some bribe to mediator. So need a transparency and its not a very big task it can possible if govt. actually have will power to do.

The second major issue is that if any country want to decrease their unemployment problem basically india where huge unemployment problem can be resolve if we improve living standard of farmer and provide some assistance so that they can feel that agriculture is also a profession for them, and it can happen if govt.seriously provide them proper guidance for new techniques and give them training time to time so that they can maximize their income.

Formers typically feed their family because they don’t have surety of income.Former are the root, they serve the country, The agriculture is only a field by which any country and human being can survive in better way but instead of primary focus on agriculture which totally depend on farmer condition most of the government. Why not govt. launches such type scheme where they can get at least some secure income by which they can feed their family and can survive their life.

We need to stress upon "SPONSORED FARMING". In this general public working in towns and cities could be involved. Let the farmers invest 50% of the total and leave 50% for sponsors.
