Many vector-borne diseases are transmitted by arthopods (mosquitoes, ticks, mites etc) and have prevalent in India namely malaria, dengue, chikungunya, filariasis and kala azar and these have become serious public health problems. National Programmes for prevention and control of these diseases have implemented and interventions at all levels, including community level, are being carried out. Through this platform Department of Health Research/Indian Council of Medical Research invites suggestions, views, best practices, innovative ideas to be tested through research to improve the strategies for better prevention, control and treatment of these vector-borne diseases.

to prevent & control human diseases,& to improve our resistance power, we need to put ban on harmful pesticide & fertilizer in farming, so also all perishable fruits sold in market like banana,papaya,apple remains without refrigeration as it is that to for month,(is it good for health

गौ माता से पर्यावरण संतुलित रहता है। इसलिए गौ वध निषेध कानून होना चाहिए। अगर किसी भी घर में गौ माँ है तो उस घर में लगभग सारी बीमारिया कोसो दूर रहती है।

Sir use of DEET may too some extent prevent this. General awareness need to be created among mass. Some promotion like PVBD rural football league with award may help.

वेक्टर जनित रोगों के बेहतर निवारण, नियंत्रण और उपचार के लिए वेक्टर नियंत्रण की पूरी क्षमता का उपयोग किया जाये।  कीटनाशक दवाओं की प्रतिरोधक शक्ति में कमी चिंताजनक ढंग से बढ़ रही है  वेक्टर बीमारियों के नियंत्रण के लिए विशेषज्ञों की कमी चिंताजनक है  रोगाणुवाहक (वेक्टकर) जीवों और अन्य बीमारियों की निगरानी की व्यवस्था चिंताजनक है  स्वच्छता और सुरक्षित पेय जल की उपलब्धता चिंताजनक है

aaj kal ke samay me logo ki health din pirtidin down hoti ja rahi h isliye sir apse nivedan h ki office timing me badlav ki taraf kuch sujav jo ki mr. akshay kumar (actor ) ki taraf se aapke sandharbh me laye gaye the unpar jaldse jald ek yojna banene ki kirpa kare isse health aur productivity dono increase hogi kyoki jab log office ke liye 8am - 4pm jane ka plan karenge to subh jaldi uthenge aur jaldi udhne se fit rahenge aur apne liye bhi sham me kuch samay nikal payenge. PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF VECTOR BORNE DISEASES IS POSSIBLE IN JUST 3 MONTHS BUT THEN WHAT ABOUT SEVERAL LACKS CRORE INDUSTRY SUSTAINING ON THESE VECTOR DISEASES ? If we really want to care about people then there is a way out that you could read in my below post/comment

SWACHH BHARAT 4R WET WASTE Local bodies are not at all effective in cleaning wet dumping waste, like coconut, vegetable, fruit waste and drainage water. these are main sources for Mosquitos. so it is responsibility of both citizens and local bodies to give more emphasis on disposing and cleaning wet waste. Apart from this spraying anti mosquito smoke in areas where ever required. Swachh Bharat programme should be segmented and a branch of SB for wet waste should be programmed for greater focus.
