1.Public schools change their course every year to earn more profit from selling of new books.It is a huge wastage of paper/tree. They can provide same books on returnable basis from library for saving of tree . 2. There should be a fee regulatory committee from the CBSE side so that fee hike from school must have some limit. A bigger section of middle and upper class people will be benefited and appreciate the move. Max. public schools are affiliate to CBSE, hence they have to follow CBSE.

The State Government can adopt NCERT Text books or their translations.
