In order to tackle this issue this concerned department should undertake a study of the specialised skill sets requirement of various departments alongside the appointments/recruitment against and institutes/coaching centres/career centres could be introduced providing such training/coaching/education.

The Education Institutes of today groom Graduates & Post Graduates that may have broad area knowledge of varied subject matters but what is required today is having a more specialised skill set that could be able to tackle and deal with the specific departmental issues. The State Governments spent a lot of money appointing consultants and service agencies required for the departmental work. It is necessary to integrate educational institutions with area specific work required of departments.

Cultural integration can be promoted by translating and sharing ideas across different languages. Despite the diversity of languages the language of India culture is common.The ideas of this culture have been expressed in different languages. Modern language translation tools should be actively deployed to translate from one language to another rather than promoting one or two languages.

Internet charges must be free or at a very low price that poor rural youths can learn and interact with other people easily....

Also there should be a dedicated period which teaches spirituality expecially from class 8th onwards in all religions. Children should be given option to choose based on their religion/choices. Like teaching Geeta, Ramayan, Quran, bible etc. This will make them good human beings rather than just engineers, doctors and CA's with very low spiritual and moral values

Education policy to focus more on practical learning like in western systems than just remembering pages of books to pass test to reduce stress on children which in turn affects their health under the current stressfull conditions which start from class 9th till 12th.

पाठ्य पुस्तके पाठ्य पुस्तके विद्यार्थियो की बुनियादी आवश्यकताये है यदि हम अनावश्यक रूप से उन्हे पाठ्यक्रम मे शामिल कर रहे है तब यह सही नही है ।औचित्यपुर्ण संरचनात्मक पुस्तके विद्यार्थियो के जीवन पथ को आलोकित करती है ।अतएव उनका चयन विशेष सावधानी से करना चाहिये ।

हम केवल बच्चो पर कक्षा 8वी एवम 10वी के लिये पुनः बोर्ड परीक्षा के सुझावो पर विचार विमर्श करने के लिये केब की बैठक बुला रहे है यह सही नही है । शेक्षिक सुधार हेतु बहुआयामी और साँगो ...पाँग सुधार की प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाना बेहतर होगा । स्कूली शिक्षा पर नर्सरी से लगाकर कक्षा 12वी तक लगभग 16 वर्ष लग रहे है ,परीक्षाये बहुआयामी नही है सिंगल पेपर परीक्षा है ,त्रैमासिक,अर्धवार्षिक प्रीबोर्ड के साथ साप्ताहिक टेस्ट है गैर शैक्षणिक कार्य है,वर्ष भर आकड़े एकत्रण की मुहिम है । फिर पढ़ाने का समय कितना है ? जरा
