Q : Silicon Valley often serves as the best incubator for tech start-ups. Given that the Indian government is clearing out the red-tape to make India's own business culture more investor friendly, can Mr. Obama serve as a catalyst in luring VCs to invest in Modi's "Make In India" dream which could serve as a mediator between the idea and the enabler - especially for technology start-ups ?
