Dear Sirs, as per my knowledge US has a plan called as 401 for taking care of unemployed. I had to quit in spite of my potential and competency due to poor economic condition of an organisation. We in India should have a strong system to utilize the potential of talented and experienced people.

Respected Eminent Dignitaries. Quality health and education continues to be a dream for an average Indian how do you both plan to give affordable and better healthcare and Education institutes to India.. How do you plan to protect the waters of the world from being contaminated by rampant ignorance of industrial waste being dumped into water bodies and continual degradation of coasts by greedy corporates adventures of exploring sea beds for potential discovery of natural resources.?
