The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi definitely struck a diplomatic master-stroke when he invited His Excellency, the President of the United States of America, Mr Barak Hussain Obama to the chief guest on the occasion of the Republic Day, on 26th January. Surely, magnanimous was the response of President Obama to not let the opportinity miss to become the first US President to mark his presence on this National Festsival of India. WELCOME PRESIDENT OBAMA TO THIS MEMORABLE VISIT!!
