Respected Sir,It's great honour for us to reach everyone voice to the government. I just wanted to say that until or unless we can't provide practical knowledge compare then theoretical till our educational knowledge is no more beneficial.Example-:just as library we have to provide moot court library in every LAW University as i felt necessary because of I am a law student.

1. Why the State Govt employees would get much less DA (in West Bengal) than Central Govt employees? Both category of employees pay Income Tax to the Central Govt only. Why the State University Professors would retire at the age of 60, where in Central University Professors retire at the age of 65? Why there is huge difference in funding to Sate University, Central University, IITs and NITs? There should be parity in higher education system and uniformity should be maintained all over India.

Not only should the analytical data on performance of educational institutions be shared with the concerned deptts/ministries it should also be shared with NGO's, eminent citizen bodies of the civil societies who can perform a social audit function on how the process is working. This ensures the process isn't held hostage to political patronage or entrenched commercial interests. A ranking and more transparent ways of accredition will surely emerge out of this process

Its important to define key performance indicators of all key participants starting from the teaching staff, administration , research staff and the management of the institution. With KPI's in place an objective analysis can be done at the end of each year regarding what worked well and what didn't and why. Only then can a customized improvement plan be put in place for each institution or individual. Let central institutions/regulators collect this data annually and analyse the outcome
