Our education system is not balanced and Focused towards creativity and innovation. Now a days we engineers are taught just ,how to score marks, and we are blindly running in a rat race to defeat others. our system should encourage us to create something new, but we are not able to focus on ourselves & we are just running behind money, sucess and fame.this must be change to devlop our nation.

Establish Indian National University under which all University in India to get approval, even the Foreign Universities should take approval from The National university. Special Audit Commitee to be formed to audit the functions, syllabus of the University. Most of the Private Universities are under Political Influence in India hence very difficult to control them.

My suggestion is for the govt - Make questions tough but the process of checking/awarding marks transparent. Many a times in exams the issue we faced was that despite knowing & writing the right answer we were not awarded marks or rather were awarded differently for same set of answers. I can understand that many institutions want to limit the no of students passing their exams so as to maintain their aura but this aura should come from tough/smart/different qustn & not from some adhoc checking.

First the ecosystem should change in the education system we currently follow. There is huge diverse view with regard to few B schools as they are the top most and the rest of the colleges are useless r unfit to study. This is the atmosphere we have created. Every year Lakhs of graduates pass out but still we don't able to create talent pool. All this graduates only intention to work in USA/AUSTRALIA/UK...nothing wrong. But if we only feed for other countries need and make them rich is it right?
