Hire and independent agency , preferably from USA or make it compulsory to have joint venture with US rating agency. Put these on websites and see the results. Also to set benchmark, invite top Colleges from abroad to set up Indian branches

B. Tech or B.E passed out students are deprived from getting jobs in Govt. organisations if he or she is not qualified for GATE. Its extra monitory burden to achieve GATE as Study Loan (Interest rate) is much higher. First remove the restriction of GATE and Second reduce the interest rate to half from present stage. Open the door for the needy and eligible candidates. Please do care for the suggestions. Pradip Roy- Kolkata

We should search quality retired people who are skilled in their area, dedicated and ready to serve for India (selection should very much unbiased, only based on quality). Form a chain of such people, at national level, state level, district level and taluk level. We should take their maximum help in implementing the new education policy for India.

If we can change our education system in right way, will have a greater impact in society. The sad point is that Institutions/ schools wake up only if a committee visiting. Most of the good works that they show are only in records/papers but not in implementations. A good leader can change the system, so a principal/director appointed for an institution wther govt/private should be of high standards. PM/HRD should form a reliable chain of committee that should involve directly in this process.

HRD ministry should organize different online surveys from students and their parents. inspection of institutions should done by third party non profit organizations at specific interval of time. regular evaluation of staff of institutions is also necessity.

All Indian Universities follow the guidelines of UGC which is regulatory authority of the Hogher education in India. Why do we seperate these universities into central, state, deemed, private? The need of the hour is to bring all universities into one umberella for appoinment of teachers, curricula, etc.

At least upto Primary section, don't allow private people or organizations to open schools. Only Govt. schools should be there .please remove this KG's culture from India and make this as "SHISHU" and make it, minimum joining age of the child, in a school should be 4yrs completed. Through out India or as per the States , one syllabus should be there and text books to be supplied only by the Govt. In the present scenario, every school is having its own syllabus and their own suggested publishers

sir, This is a Big problem that most of the IITs conduct interviews for research scholars but when it comes to announce results they just say that we have send emails to respective candidates instead of announcing it on there websites which a kind of fraud that they do with the candidates (like IIT Mandi ) .This is so because they want there candidate to be in there not to those who deserve to be there. Please Mr. PM look after this issue because this is killing India's research future .

Education starts from school; If we can thrive for smart cities, I believe smart kids are even more important. South Korea is a great example of turning around its complete education system. It is time to through out macaulay education system. Grading system should involve basic parameters for min. basic grades(Categories of criterio should be different for urban, rural, backward areas) and quality of education, sports and extra curricular activities for higher grading.

Dear PM, parents are too much concerned for education of their kids, even for Nursary there are schools that charges 2 Lacs - 4 Lacs, I dont know if these schools will convert the 3yr kid into Einstein by charging so much, this is open loot of all parents, cant there be a central system for all schools and a limit to the fees these schools charge? These schools force to participate in different days and then force to purchase dress/other things, where they make at least 10 times profit
