Dear PM,I am frustrated with delay in issue of NOC by DM,Subarnapur for setting up of a Petriol Pump on NH.You are right when you said the file goes through 36 points and still no solutions. If we are to set up a pump we need a NOC from DM to get the license from explosive authorities and the law is so cumbersome and harrasing that none can get NOC without delay.QWe are suffering since last 30 months instaed of neded 3 months as per rules regualtions. Please do the needful urgently and save us

Despite economy crisis all over the world, Indian economy remained unharmed, and that was because of poor performance of our universities in the world ranking and global ratings. Is this not enough to prove that our highest ratings are sincerity & dedication which achieve the ultimate results.

By completing the Mars mission around $400 , India has proved that managing the accredition systems is not our aim to prove before the world that we r great. Rather, our agenda is to act & leave the judgement on others to decide who is wiser.

As u know, the drop out rate of a girl child in between the age group of primary level to secondary is very high in our country, it is right time to think what should be the corrective measures to check it. In my opinion, the places where there are no schools, the drop rate is rather higher. Though, govt. Is committed to provide school building all over the country, it may take considerable time due to bugetary constraints. So, if govt. Allows unemployed youths to teach students at home

Grades awarded to institutions by NAAC are purely based on political pressure at present. It is not on the basis of quality of education, courses, and the required infrastructure of the institution are available for each course. Instead of AICTE, UGC NAAC etc, India should have a central university and unified syllabus and a monitoring system so that we can achieve world class education.

The 3-Tier system in school education which was suggested earlier, is the need of the hour. As a teacher I feel that it will very effective and useful. The teachers should also have a say in policy making. The Kendriya Vidyalayas should be followed by state schools.

NAAC AICTE UGC etc are truly a national waste. We must find some other alternative for the same. Semestrization of degree courses killed the quality of graduate education in India. Any fool can get degree now!

NAAC UGC AICTE etc are real waste ... We need only a central university... The main reason for educational degradation in India are bodies like these. They all should be dissolved first.
