Syllabus of classes must be for both weak and talented students and must be related to the real life needs and experiences. Examination must be free from unfair means in each board. Vocational courses must be there from class 9 onwards for interested students. Weaker Students opting vocational courses in 9 and 10th should be exempt from external board exam while students commencing higher education must go through external board exam. CCE should continue with 40% (internal)+60%(Board).
