The thought level of children between age group 6-17yrs is not so developed. They actually cannot evaluate the importance of education. They are unable to for see what present education is going to bring for them in future neither their brain is so developed for the same.
Failing student in exams is a necessary fear tool that can be applied to make them perform better.Failing in a class is a social evil among classmates. The child never wants to fail. Sometimes these tools matter.

CCE system requires few amendments so that it may exist relevantly. Passing criteria (SA1+SA2) should be 33%. There should be board examination for all the X class students so that the students may take the studies seriously.

Tenth class board system should be brought back, the reason being that it has been observed that the students used to take studies more sincerely and they also learnt to under pressure in Board exams.
