Also the teachers discuss the skills of various of students and tells the respective parents to coach their ward in that field. That is why USA excels in all fiels from tech to winning most gold medals in Olympics. The typical Indian parent wants their son or daughter to become an engineer or a doctor. And as a result we are loosing a lot of skills. Therefore their should not discriminate a student on his academic skills as he has some other hidden asset for the country.

The class teacher teaches all subjects and therefore can evaluate the student in all fields. The science class was very interesting. For example we had to study the eruption of a volcano and we performed the baking soda experiment. And teaching there was done through smartboards and whiteboards. This can also reduce respiratory diseases like wheasing which my mother who is a teacher regularly has. And also teachers were very friendly and helpful.

I'm a student studying in grade 9. I have visited the United States and studied ther for three years in a government school as it is expensive. But the quality of education imparted in these schools is equivalent to those of international schools in India. It is very systematic with various fun and attractive ways to impart education to all sections of society. The teachers too are also given handsome salary for proficient quality education. Also infrastructure is excellent.

What are school and exams meant for? After all the years in my life I have noticed that Indian education is all about "Cut Copy and paste ".Create a system which will bring the best in a student rather than pushing them through number game.A set of defined parameters may or will not be apt for all.Examination should be of toughest standards and it's sole purpose should be watch out for the best students and rest are Pass.No failures."Others" r differently skilled, harness them for Innovations.

After class X, there may be provision of some more integrated courses which may be of 5-6 years. After which any person will be treated as qualified as M.Tech/B.Tech. This will be helpful to those students which have aptitude in the specified areas like singing, dancing, painting, or any other skills.

There is a big problem with students of class IX due to 'NO DETENTION POLICY' in class VI - VIII. Please remove the 'NO DETENTION POLICY'from the class VI to VIII as the child will not suffer in class IX which is more effecting the child psychologically.

School examination system should be Board based testing from class IX onwards i.e. for classes IX, X, XI and XII - all should be board conducted, with a predefined quality to streamline the National education Policy having coherence all across nation.
