Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

shree pradhanmantri ji. jesa ki hum sab jaante h ki hamare desh me yuvaao sankhya bahoot jyada h. jinhe skill training ki jarurat h. mene bahoot se student ko dekha h. jo ki truck , j.c.b. , bus , exclavoter , chalana sikhna chaaahte h. parantu ve ye sab kaha sikhe ye unko bhi nhi pata h. Mera aapse anurodh h ki har district me jcb , truck , bus, exclavatore chalaane sikhne k liye driving school ya training center sthapit kiye jaaye . jis se unko rojgaar ki aur skill ki prapti ho sake . dhanyawad mahoday

Our stereotype society also discourage them to join police/Paramlrtyforces and make jokes on their condition,disrespecting their wholehearted service towards the nation.This thing becomes worst for the female Police officers.This will not make a huge difference in the society but will definitely create a comfort atleast to their families even after doing hundreds of sacrifices to serve this nation.This will neither stop transfers nor will create any disturbance in the working of Legislation.This will just provide a special provision to the police or Paramilitary officials whether they are female or male officials and will help them to take care both of their children&parents.This will increase the engagement of Woman Police officials to the service&will be a tight slap on the stereotypes who discourage them to join the Police/Paramiltry.If a vaccancy can't be created then transfer them to those places where they can be created by reshuffling other officers who don't havesameconditions.

Sir, this is not a suggestion which creates skills directly but will definitely benefit the Government Servants to serve better for the nation and make a good legislation. This is for persons who serve as Police or some Paramilitary officers. Say for example if a Police SI is a lady officer and her husband also works as say ASI in Police and they both work in the same Police Station then if due to any requirement or because of any punishment if any of the spouse is required to be transferred then transfer both of them at a time not any one of them.Create the vacancy at the destination Police Station to which they are transfered within a month if not possible to transfer them both at the same time.This will encourage more Police officials to join police forces especially Woman Police officers, because if anyone of them is transfered and one is left then somehow their family get destabilized even if the father or the mother lonely take the responsibility of their children. I have group of dedicated teachers, psychological counselors and personality mentors, who ensures overall development of students who take our help. We want by government to recognize teachers like us as essential part of the education system. Thank you.

The education system should focus more on practical skill, rather than memorization and theory. It should allow the student to apply his knowledge and skill after learning something .

Can givernment take a project for asessing and calculating skills inventory at pachayat levels to remagine rural skills of india. Unless we have a slills inventory reimagine is nor possible. The future skills factor is depwndent on present stocks. My ideas foe reimaging is presnt status of skilks+ human potential + exposure to work. Anyine wish to contact abgeet@gmail.com

Rather than NGO's or wellfare schemes , A Social Business Promotion approach has to be applied .Wherein the goal is not for the stake holders or the lenders to business to recover the loan with interest but provide loans only accounting for returns based on the inflation and not a dime more . Any profits attained to be reinvested back into the business " to expand and provide more employment over interest payment/investment returns. Organisations as the same must be exempt from certain taxations and most important of all focused in handicrafts rural areas and nobody with political aspirations / positions be allowed within this sphere . Start off small ,1% of villages per state .Independent qualified body for approval and investigation to be hired based on qualification , experience and lack of criminal record . This will improve the skill of the denizens to the point of which skill India can bridge the gap and get them certified over the years without having to spend a lot on infra .
