landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

"if you don't know the law then it's your mistake not the government mistake." So important laws can be told in schools. The government should teach students about how these charges such as tax on petrol takes place or tax on any other product which is imported on India from other contries is calculated. Government is also taking steps towards the digital India and also teaching programming to students from class 6th which is a very great initiative but still there are many things that a student can be aware of such as : How to create your own e-commerce website. How to make your own blog website. How to make logo for their business. How to design UI/UX of your website What is digital marketing. This also important because most of the companies sell products online . Other things such as : How to file FIR online. How to report digital fraud he soon as possible. Why pan card and Aadhaar card is important.

I am very obsessed with learning. I have worked in top Companies but whenever I felt I lack in any particular skills since years I have taken help of online courses. I had once asked the HR of a no.1 real Estate company that are online courses counted in job hiring. For which answer was given as "No. Online courses doesn't have value". I still thought if it's not counted but atleast i will have knowledge and won't lack.Though I am unemployed despite having good educational skill knowledge,i invested in many online courses at affordable fees. Computer - tutorialspoint Adobe illustrator - udemy digital marketing courses wordpress website creating My achievements basis online skills learnt I created wordpress website for Indian real estate blogs and it ranks on 1st page of Google. https://www.indianrealestateblogs.com/ So if govt would only provide these course in school colleges and on govt portal, and to call every family to enrol for online courses.

takaniki shiksha ki jarurat hai or school education se higher education tak kosal vikash se sambandhit couse lagu karne chaye jisse students ki skills me bdotari hogi or desh me berogari me kuch sudhar aayega .

Sir there are many youtube channel which share various skill video, but the do not have not good tagging, Government should create a set of universal #hashtag so that people can tag it their skill video, govt can pay these taggers, model can be of google maps were successful editors are slowly promoted and they themselves become become approver after some time.

Skill development as career growth process, time to time manage the growth as multiple contribution skill parameter. skill basicaly improvement activities and sustainable increase as work flow.

jai hind sir !! As per times of India Chandigarh newspaper data on date 3.5L undertrials are pending because of low number of judges. it is suggested why can't we use retired judges for the same. we can have private courts under the jurisdiction of existing one's run by retired judges and lawyers/advocates who volunteered and been cleared by state/govt. Less priority or simple or trivial cases for these courts will be assigned by existing courts and they can concentrate on important cases. The retired judges and lawyers/advocates who volunteered to serve their nation can be on contractual agreement for an year and can continue based on their performance and clearance of cases. jai hind
