Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

There is immense intellectual potential hidden in our small villages in the form of students, which should be identified and shaped in proper way. Even, today, the students living in these small villages are not able to make full use of their intellectual potential due to lack of information and they can't move forward in their life. If, by the time, they come to know about their actual potential, their age has grown up a lot and they get engaged in traditional means of living. Something should be done in this direction by recognizing their skills and potential at the right time. Such a program should be made so that the intellect and productivity of these students can be used in the development of our country.

we mostly focused on industry based but not agriculture based ,,, food processing is one of the key and if we train to the women we can also develop and export the food processed product

Instead of keeping people in parking to take money for government, we should have a capsule like thing we’re we park our cars. It should a fastag scanner so it automatically take out the desired money needed. If someone doesn’t not have a fastag a person should ask in cash. This idea is here because people at parking taking money often get in fights. They also have to stand in sunlight.

High IQ children are our most valuable resource. Mensa Project Dhruv identifies and nurtures underprivileged gifted children from class 6 till they graduate. This is a major nation building initiative that will have a generational impact. We estimate that there are over 5 million high IQ children in this age group and, properly identified, educated and mentored some of them can change India for the better. Some of them even have the potential to win the Nobel Prize. Sadly, we are ignoring these brilliant minds.

so many people or we can huge number of people are skill in diffrent field but these people are either do work without their skil work or their skill are waste or sitting home the reason is that skill is waste until proper placement and usage of the skill but govt provide skill but govt should also provide employment opportunity so they can work according to their skill knowledge and sufficient amount of salary but we can see that so many skill and educated person are doing a job but their salary per day is half or less of one day labour govt made a strict rule that a skill person get a salary more than skill labour or we can say mistri they 800 to 900 but they are having a skill but the people having a skill and also a higher qualification should 200 to 300 per day so govt should think and remove these kind of things then we say that skill is important growth of a country this is consider my suggestion think once or we can also face these situation so please think thanks
