Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

online gaming enhances our cognitive skills like problem solving , observation etc. so every college /school should have a games lecture we the teacher explains about the development of games

I would like to bring online gaming or esports as a subject to every school/college. Esports can now be seen as a career option. if you have the skills you can create a career in esports/online gaming

nurturing the young and building skill based future The manpower provides best parameter for any social community. Added to that if its young and intellectual the community will have added benefit. Using this manpower effectively and efficiently create better society for the future generations. India has the above qualities. Nurturing this talent from younger age and providing the correct atmosphere not only improve the communications skills, empathetic skill-oriented youth but also it gives opportunity for great leadership qualities. This article gives the standards in health care field with the help of mandatory volunteers’ ship program, in the society and hospitals.

respected sir, india is skilled in his farming work, but still we are shortage of food products, farmers are not earned sufficient money for there lifestyle. my close observation on this field and ground level study i found i points which may help our agriculture economy to boost up , and little solve our food crisis and handling power food crisis due to natural disaster. Data speaks a lot and intelligence is embedded inside data, meaning important information which influence the decision is hidden inside the data which can be extracted by adopting data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. So timely and continuous collection of data at strategic locations by way of streaming CCTV footages on real-time basis has to be constantly analysed to arrive at fruitful decision making for precision operation.

Dear PM Sir, just want to state my thoughts on the internal security aspect of our nation. We all know prevention is better than cure. So initiating preventive strategies in place against any anticipated emergencies like riots or unruly mob taking to streets and destroying public property. First half of all handing over the Home Ministry to an able hand, who is dynamic having high reflexes and extraordinary power of reasoning and conversed with possibilities of placing robust systems in place that helps in quick decision making with the induction of Technology.

The most important aspect of safety for citizens is constant assurance by the nation to its people not by words or by vigil action on 24X7, 365 days. This is one of the most important role of Home Ministry. But to our surprise Home Ministry is unable to perform consecutively. It is high time that PM sir along with top brass should have brain storming sessions in identifying the most suitable resource capable of delivery on security with 500% efficiency. A stable nation internally will lead Bharat to Vishwa Guru state…
