create mobile skill development centers that can reach remote places in India. There is an incident in US were a NGO has created labs on wheels (truck or bus) that goes to different rural and remote places to train people in skills. This can help rural and remote areas to get the facilities urban people get.

create skill centers throughout India and invite vetrans in each fields to come and share their knowledge and experience. motivate youngters. Today we have many knowledgable senior citizens without livelihood and abandon by their family. we can utilise their skills and ideas to increase the skill of youth and motivate them to innovate. India being just a service sector cannot grow without being dependent. We have to produce unique products and brands.

Respected PM Sir
I was working with the private sector and was under a tax bracelet of 30 %. In 2012 I lost my job and struggled in life without income. Kindly look into such cases who are in the private sector and earlier taxpayers.
Such provision should be for those persons who are not paying tax, no FD, No pension, and No Superannuation means no income so do some provision as social security.
Regards

In India there is a need to improve the skills of the farmers as there is a lack of skilled workforce in our country. The government can conduct campaigns in the guidance of the department of skill development to develop the skills in the people of the rural areas. With this we can reduce the lack of skill workforce. India has many people to work but there are no skills in them, so if we can teach some basic skills to them they can make a huge development and finally leads to the overall development of the whole country.

I support the ideas as shared by other participants in the MyGovt.org Platform.
1. I support developing skill labs in school.
2. Appoint skill teachers to train school students ( including soft skill teachers/trainers)
3. Develop a certifying mechanism for skills-Based courses in schools and colleges.
4. Convert all old schools into a skill hub and vocational course as compulsory.
5. I suggest and support starting skill courses from class 6 onwards
6. There should be skill Olympic type demonstrative games and events that must be incorporated into the course structure and industry-relevant skills competitions.
7. Industry must train the skills and should allow them to sign MoU with schools for skill courses
8. Parents and the local community must be aware of skill courses so that they may allow their wards to these courses.
9. Skill-based performance and creativity need to be given weightage for promotion and increment of faculties in schools and colleges.
