Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

Each skill should have equalisied value and important we have tocreate opportunities to showcase skill at best performance through supportiv4way skill should be adjust and developed.

किटकनाशके, शासकिय कृषी अधिकाऱ्यांची उदासिनता यामुळे दिवसेंदिवस गरीब व हवालदील होत आहे. *प्रधानमंत्री कृषी सेवा केन्द्र व प्रक्रिया संस्था* शेतकऱ्यांसाठी व शेतीच्या विकासासाठी कृषी पदविधरांच्या सहभागाने प्रधानमंत्री कृषी सेवा केन्द्र व कृषी प्रक्रिया संस्था सहकार किंवा धर्मदाय विभागामार्फत स्थापन करण्यात यावी. ही संस्था राज्यातील प्रत्येक गावात लोकसंख्येनुसार प्रत्येक गावात किमान एक ते ३ व तालुक्याचे ठिकाणी ५ व जिल्ह्याचे ठिकाणी १० ते १५ अशा लाखो केन्द्राची स्थापना करेल व ती चालविण्यासाठी कृषी पदविधरांची निवड करेल. या पदविधरांना जिल्हास्तरावर आठ दिवसांचे प्रशिक्षण देऊन कृषी केन्द्र व प्रक्रिया केन्द्र चालविण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शन करण्यात येईल व विविध शासकिय योजना, विमा कंपनीची तसेच बियाणे खते किटकनाशके यांची एजंसी देण्याबाबत सुचना करण्यात येईल. या केन्द्राना कृषी खात्याचे परवाने व बँकेमार्फत कर्ज देण्यात येईल.

*प्रधानमंत्री कृषी सेवा केन्द्र* *उद्देश*- देशातील शेतकऱ्यांच्या शेतमालाला योग्य भाव मिळवून देणे, पिकांना विमा संरक्षण, शेतमालावर प्रक्रिया व कृषी पदविधरांना रोजगार मिळवून देणे. *प्रस्तावना*- देशात शेती हा प्रमुख उद्योग असून देशातील कोट्यावधी शेतकरी विविध पिके घेतात. गावातील शेतकरी शेतीवर अवलंबून आहेत. दरवर्षी अतिवृष्टी, गारपीट, रोगराई, दुष्काळ व शेतमालाला योग्य भाव मिळत नसल्याने शेतकरी कर्जबाजारी व हवालदील होतो. अनेक शेतकरी कंटाळून आत्महत्या करतात. शेती व शेतकऱ्यांसाठी कार्य करणारे कृषी अधिकारी, कृषी केन्द्र चालविणारे व्यापारी, खते, बियाणे, किटकनाशक, कृषी अवजारे व इतर पुरवठादार यांना मात्र कधीही कोणत्याही संकटांचा सामना करावा लागत नाही. ते वर्षानुवर्षे शेतकऱ्यांच्या भरोशावर सुखी व समृद्ध जीवन जगत आहेत. शेतकरी मात्र हवामानातील बदल, नवनवीन रोगराई, विमा कंपनीमार्फत होणारी फसवणूक, अयोग्य व महागडी बियाणे, खते किटकनाशके, शासक

Corporates are investing lots of money on training programs for their employees, some of these trainings can be made available in public domain as part of CSR which will increase the employability of lot of rural population.

pls make history as a compulsory subject for 12,th board exam and ug degree for all streams . knowing history seeds national responsibility and patriotism and it could be the right age for capacity to grasp the general knowledge.adding these papers by removing extra papers which are conducted as part one and part 2 ,can reduce students burden.

For increasing of population we must do some for the youth and students Establish schools for open learning , for 1st to 9th classes we need to appoint good school teachers and close monitoring need to do school teachers can only advise how to collect study materials from 10 calss sharing of knowledge on Livelihood activities need to start from 6th class and involve them in different activites develop laps , libraries for the schools

If we want to train for skill India then we must do 1.Develop skill lab in school. 2.Appoint skill teachers to train school students 3.start certifying skill courses in school 4.convert school into skill hubs 5. Make skill courses as a part of syllabus of students 6.Start skill courses from class 6 onwards 7.Skill courses must be having industry oriented courses 8. Industry must sign MoU with schools for skill courses 9 school science labs must be advanced and must be equipped with skill courses apparatus and instruments 10. Parents and local community must be awared about skill courses so that they may allow their wards for these courses 11 skill courses must be started as per industry demand 12 skill courses must be started as par public demand
