Primary and secondary skills control to educational skills that childhood of students,. So, our government should consider primary skills and secondary skills of students's childhood before educational studies. Skills and knowledge are the driving force behind the country's economic growth and social development. In a fast growing economy with a population like India, on the one hand there is a lack of highly trained quality skilled resources and on the other hand there is a large segment of the population which has little or no job skills. Along with academic qualifications, it is necessary to prepare dynamic and enterprising youth who are able to face the changing times and face the challenges of difficult technology. Potential employers are looking at candidates' educational qualifications, qualifications and skills from an employment potential perspective. Apart from this, entrepreneurs do not have time to train new people with the necessary skills and they are not interested in it. Given the competitive era, industries are only willing to hire skilled candidates, who can immediately contribute to the well-being of the company.
Skill is an important feature to perform any specific task.

Dear Modi ji
In the changing world scenario with regard to industry and the job market, there is now an overpowering need for skilled workers. More percent of all employment opportunities require vocational skills. Whilesome percent of our graduates get employed, the rest are unable to get suitable employment due to the lack of professional skills. Hence, Indian school education is radically reformed with public investment, a new genre of vocational teachers for specific trades and skills, and state-of-the-art facilities so as to become a machine that produces an industry-ready, job-ready workforce
like ARTIFICIAL INTELLEGENCE, MECHINE LEARNING, PROGRAMMING, CODING, TESTING TOOLS, INTERNET OF THINGS etc

Hello sir
