Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

All teacher at university level must contribute actionable research and ideas for social, industrial, humanistic, ecology, business and economy. In two years if a teacher can not show any evidence, the increment need to be stopped unless he contributes his backlogs.

Dear Sir, its a very great help to the rural youth if we do on mainly on Beauty theraphy, technical , and other skills on technical areas. i can strongly recommend that if we do on job training and do test after the training for continuation of job will help them to learn and for livelihood. most of the companies are taking employees who are having Expresance but not fresher , very few companies are only taking freshers.

Respected sir, we have mainly three types of secondary skills which are transferable, personal attitude and knowledge -based that is primary skills are imagine and volition. There are many types of skills which are communication, leadership, literature, writing, technology skill. Here very much important skill is technology skill because which country is technology skill fast that is very much economically development. Primary and secondary skills control to educational skills that childhood of students,. So, our government should consider primary skills and secondary skills of students's childhood before educational studies. So, our government should create primary skills and secondary skills infrastructure educational studies of students during childhood of students then our country will be make skill india. Anyone will be doctor, engineer, teacher, literacy, leader, lawyer etc will be control of their childhood primary skills and secondary skills. You have to think about my idea.

Make india to be skill India how India become a skill India if India becomes skill then in education all thing can do in practical whay if all study do in practical whay then all student can stored various study in her mind they don't forget anyting and if they don't forget anything then there skill will be improve and they can do good work in future and then it will help your country and there future. Thank you

In last 75 years very less budget was kept to get skilled professionals who may get employment in their field Our country have developed so many courses for the knowledge of advance education to get skilled and get employment. The job's are limited so one can try for other opportunities like business , agriculture etc

Invite and engage corporate leaders to join and contribute to the skill India initiative. Make it more employable based learning g with applications and hands on learnings. Today many organisations are running multiple centre’s of Skill India, have a policy to grant only one center to one company / person. Have categories of skill learnings ranging from hair cutting, painters, electricians, fitters to IIoT based skill development for different sets of students and make it result oriented. Keep it simple with better marketing of canters l, accessibility, infrastructure and quality of teachers.
