landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

I want to share my experience😇 Today, I attended National Seminar on 75 years of achievements, challenges and opportunities after the independence. One of the key note speaker emphasis on Vedas and it's importance. According to his views he recommend that knowledge of Vedas should be implemented in school curriculum coz most of the foreigners- theorists, philosophers, scientists and educationalists take their research from that sources. Today we learn various theories given by foreigners in our text-books. We forget the roots of traditional knowledge. We should proudly considered ourselves as true Indians then Why don't we appreciate our own people and their contribution? We try to copy others and other countries' cultural practices why don't we appreciate ours? If Vedas are huge hub of knowledge then why our teachers & professors not teach us the reality with exact source of origination? 🤔

India is famous for skill,competency,speed and performance. Our educational system is so sound and strong that our youngsters are earning name,fame and money in the country and from othe countries of the world.We are proud of our Leaders,teachers,burocrats students and all the citizen.We must do hard work to achieve Success, glory,name ,fame and recognition.

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली महोदय, विशेष सुझाव कृपया ध्यान दें कंप्यूटर मोबाइल लैपटॉप इत्यादि पर काम करने से बढ़ रहा अंधत्व आंखों में रेटीना यानी कि पर्दा हटना परदे में छेद होना आंखों में नई सेल्स बनाना यह बीमारी बहुत तेजी से फैल रही है जिससे व्यक्ति अंधा हो जाता है इसका कोई उपचार इलाज नहीं है बचाव का सिर्फ एक ही रास्ता है आंखों में लगने वाला कैंसर रोधी स्टेरॉयड इंजेक्शन यह इंजेक्शन बहुत महंगा है गरीब,निम्न मध्यमवर्गीय, मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार इस इंजेक्शन को हर महीना नहीं लगवा सकते इंजेक्शन की कीमत ₹9000 है महोदय इस इंजेक्शन की कीमत कम करने का प्रयास करें अति कृपा होगी जिससे लोग इलाज कराने में सक्षम हो सकें धन्यवाद

Develop skills for life like, kids in schools should be taught subjects for their own good and future ready themselves for safety and wellness for themselves, siblings, parents, neighbourhood. - basic finance (how to handle money) - basic electrical appliance handling - basic water & plumbing know-how - basic good touch and bad touch (sexual offensive touch) - basic self-management (plan, do, check, correct) - basic thinking (I, me, mine and societal order -Panchatantra examples are good too) - basic home management (cook, sewing, washing, house hold) - basic growth mindset vs closed mindset - basic first aid - basic approach to govt agencies/police/emergency calls) - basic confidence building measures - basic communication, on relationships building skills - basic book reading skills - basic yoga and meditation for self Thank you for reading, Namaste.

आदरणीय सर,नमस्कार. शिक्षा विभाग मे बडा बदलाव होना चाहिए, कौशल्य के आधार पर शिक्षा अभियान चलाया जाये l भारत देश कृषी प्रधान देश है, कृषी संबंधित ज्ञान होना चाहिए, स्टँडर्ड 4th से ये शिक्षा शुरू होनी चाहिए l समान नागरी कायदा होना चाहते है ताकी कौशल्य पे आधारित शिक्षा दी जा सके l बेरोजगारी हटाने के लिये नया काणून बने जिसमे हर एक को न्याय मिले l सब क्षेत्र से आरक्षण रद्द किया जाये l थेरोटिकल ज्ञान से हट कर प्रत्याक्षिक करने के लिये बाढवा दिया जाये l आय क्यू, ई क्यू टेस्ट कम्पल्सरी करके विद्यार्थी

1. Skill learning is an attitudinal, educational, cultural matters. 2. Skill learning can be implanted at the age of 12-20 years of age so education plays a vital role 3. high Skill learning should given priority in curriculum teaching in colleges and universities. 4. University teachers must be promoted on the basis of skill related projects and Skill initiatives. 5. Broad Skills framework need to designed for appointing teachers in universities and colleges.
