landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

Introduce Training to the Colleges and Schools to get then corporate ready. To change the mindset from 'I will have to find a job' to ' I want to run my own business' I propose Studying MBA at the lowest cost available in regional language to build that mindset of an entrepreneur.

स्किल इंडिया डेवलपमेंट के तहत सिर्फ खानापूर्ति हो रही है रोजगार में यह सहायक नहीं हो पा रहा जरूरी है सरकार इसमें और अधिक पारदर्शिता लाएं जिससे यह युवाओं के लिए रोजगार परक योजना साबित हो

Women are encouraged to be productive in order to achieve gender equality for income in India Here are the most popular skill development courses in India: Photo/Video Editing. Digital Marketing. Public Speaking. Academic and Business Writing. Programming. NAFARI Training Programs. Creative Arts and Designs.

For the most part, youth mobilization and counselling has fallen on the shoulders of organizations that provide training. Because they have no idea where else to look, aspirants frequently have difficulty verifying or trusting the information they receive from these sources of information. Since there aren't any real-life examples of people who have benefited from these programmed, it's even more difficult to gauge their importance. for all govt jobs govt jobs apply

Dear Modi ji I have already shared my suggestions on the prescribed mail I’d with regard to health model and related job opportunities to overcome the unemployment and end user health care. Under the ATAM NIRBHAR and skill program it will not only charge the whole scenario but will give govt edge over masses.I request you to pls mark in your Everyday TO DO LIST regarding discussion on this so that larger projection can be explained . माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय अपने देश में स्किल इंडिया बढ़ने के साथ-साथ बहुत सारे रिस्क भी है उसमें जैसे एटीएम की सुविधा तथा अन्य साइबर अपराध उस से कैसे बचा जाए और उसमें कितने की सावधानियां रखनी चाहिए कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें

To enable skill enhancement , a good understanding of the person involved is necessary. For this , it would be ideal to collect data by making it mandatory at the school for students going from 7th standard to the eighth standard, likewise when entering college education and other educational institutions , to provide their choice which can be assessed with a questionnaire on various subjects.

Entrepreneurial skills centre around attitudes (soft skills), such as persistence, networking and self-confidence on the one hand and enabling skills (hard skills) on the other hand, including basic start- up knowledge, business planning, financial literacy and managerial skills. Effective entrepreneurship education policies and programmes focus on developing these entrepreneurial competencies and skills, which are transferable and beneficial in many work contexts. The aim is not only to strengthen the capacity and desire of more individuals to start their own enterprises, but also to develop an entrepreneurial culture in society.
