skill is something that we learn.
1.All the govt institution(teaching) should hire skilled people from the private sector instead by bypassing traditional way of selection.
2.Students should select the teacher by taking interview of the teaching candidates.
3.We can send our teachers outside in the developed countries for training and then they will teach.
4. Industries should take intrest in the academics design so that they can get desirable skilled students.(This happens in IIT'S and NIT'S) but this can be done from early age.
5. From the beginning of the childhood we should teach students to work for their village state and country which will impact the society.

In order to promote skill development, I would suggest activities which aid people in their online courses (courses provided under "skill India"). For example, a course which teaches people about basics of microsoft word, should include an exam type scenario where students submit a report of what they have learnt and done. If a course teaches handicraft, or sewing, it should have an activity where people stitch designs onto plain handkerchiefs, to show their talent. Learning means nothing, if you can't apply it properly.

please launch platforms for paid real time tasks! for example a teenager cab sow rice in the kheti, under supervision. teenager will get learning, awareness amd also stipend for the work. can be per hour, per day,per quantity, etc. such platfprms should open by all kind of companies who need manual work, like in factories etc.
Anyone who has time can go and work as vocation/hobby/freelance job. this will make people discover manyany new horizons other that sitting home or playing vodeo games only. i had suggested to open khadi charkha bhavan also earlier.
This platform can be few % of the company s business and we can call it Kala jagao abhiyaan. need posting for such vacancies online just like we have naukri.com, but for manu work that needs no education/prior experience.

For the most part, youth mobilization and counselling has fallen on the shoulders of organizations that provide training. Because they have no idea where else to look, aspirants frequently have difficulty verifying or trusting the information they receive from these sources of information. Since there aren't any real-life examples of people who have benefited from these programmed, it's even more difficult to gauge their importance. for all govt jobs govt jobs apply

India has a very high working man power and the specialized skill has the capacity and ability to make India skill capital of the World. There should be one subject of skill from std. 9th till graduation and post-graduation. Specialized skill would help to earn the living and the work or service done would be of best quality. Internship should be mandatory for final year of graduation and post- graduation. At young age skill can be grasped to the maximum extent and that would be fruitful. Skill with latest technology should be blended smoothly for higher benefits and overall success.
Union Budget 2022 has a vision of New India, strong skill implementation, digital infrastructure and lots of opportunities. We must take full advantage of this opportunity to better our future.
