landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

The information of how to safeguard our data is getting more important now. People are sharing photos and videos along with all the personal details. Government should take the initiative to teach the people how not to share the vital details on internet and also not to save it in the phone. There are various cases of hacking, as our cyber world is developing and many youngsters and individuals are learning to hack, maybe some with not right intentions can cause severe problems and can be criminals too. So boundaries of using technology also should be told the public. Lastly the sense of strong passwords, phone lock, all the basic details should be told. We all should be aware that our technology is both luxury and threat, thus we all should be informed.

Is it possible to cover city area road by solar rooftop? It's creating cool down the transaction and also city temperature reduced. And generated energy is use to run vehicle by electric vehicles. Road are fenced both side provide wider road to function only transportation rather than other activities on road. So finally there are four advantage cool down city area temperature, comfort transportation, generation of energy, wider road to transport.

Provide NIOS (National institute of Open schooling) with some of the best teachers from schools in the district nearby. Teachers who gets better feedback, should get some financial incentives. Teachers should have classes on TV Channels or on Website. Each class should have a separate channel for each language in which teaching is done in our country. This will help a north indian worker in kerala get his child teaching in his language. Similarly, a tamil worker in North india can still get his child taught in tamil. In village there should be 2 teachers who will oversee that students are using the NIOS facility correctly and learning. These local teachers should help solve issues of the students. Once out of school, IGNOU and many other open universities in the country should join hands to provide an online graduate level teaching. Industries should have 5% of their strength as trainees from the open Univ for 6 months. This system will become the backbone of skill India.

Parbhani Krushi University is good for online programming seen 15/22022 to 31/3/2022. Skills devoplement are very expensive. Organically farming and it's needs good lecturers. Soil health, cattle health, water management, food processor, marketing etc are good. This programming is every evening 7pm to8.30 pm. Par days very important and valuable subject's lecturers. Soil health care will be good Skills. This platform will also very valuable part for Organically developing and Environment'S health. Organically cycles and it's really results we seem to this platform. Organically farming has been very important Skills devoplement today's day. "Health life " is dependent upon Organically programming. Lecturers are very interesting subject's par days. Online training programs are very good chains to farmer's and University. My humble request think on it twice sir.Crores of men who are stressed in India because of false traditions of employment&Crores of woman who are educated or are atleast skilled to do work in spite of being uneducated are barred in the name of taking care of home or marriage who can definitely help to boost up the income capability,balanced home and can be the strong half part to make new India.If we ignore them in the name of giving free pension without any skill extracting from them which can be utilized by the nation then we are wasting the huge population.Also India may be the only country who worship a Goddess of Knowledge,Skill,Wealth and Power but where many woman are barred to utilize it for the well-being of nation.They are looking towards some magic which may give them and their skill a dignity,this can be a good option for them.Please sir, think on it and atleast talk on it with Industrilist.I will not get anything from this just can help MotherIndia&her daughters.Jai Hind.

....woman.Sir, this can be an effective way of including woman in industries and relieving stress on men for income.May have to deduct or say reducepayment to some extent but in case a man dies or some accident happens then family can stand on atleast one source of income whether a woman or man is living.Just the families in India will be standing on two sources of income.Current employees may be doing jobs on same basis but new recruitment can if be done on this basis may increase employment to some extent and each family in India, atleast who work in factories,Police,Sanitationworker,Schooling,Colleges,Banking,ITsects. can achieve this.You may think me of being mad sir but if this can be achieved in a proper way then definitely we can make India strong which will run with a good balance on two wheels instead of one.Don't do it in my way take help from Industrialists,Mangement,Economist.We have a pool of population just need to utilize it.You are only person whose govt.can do this.

Sir,may the government think on 7 hours day work including lunch or say break of 1 hour instead of 9 hours (including break)per day for the factories which work on 1 shift of 8 hours to 6+6(total of 12 hours a day) hours of 2 shift with 1 hour break each.This may decrease the stress and may increase productivity in industries. Also this will help the womans who are barred to become employable because of pushing them in the walls of home in the name of taking care of home. This includes an engineer, doctor to a sweeper. We have a pool of working class people who can be employed but are barred because of less space in the industry also maybe because of weak skills.But we may atleast include people who are skilled but can't because of less space.Please talk with industrialists,Management hubs etc. but this may be very beneficial for new India and we have population to cope this but Japan,South Korea etc don't have.We can do this just need proper management and discipline.Resever 40%for...

Another important aspect of skilling India is also making examination tough ,graduation exam are made to to easy specially in BA and BCOM, almost same set of question are repeated every year, answering five out of ten question makes exam too easy to pass. Exams should be made tough, private industry do not consider plain graduate for(professional position), even for their entrance exams as they are not sure the plan graduate can stand vigor of working 12 to 18 hours a day. Make BA, BCom Exam tough

Skill management relevance is also depend on how practical and current the skill is. Skill training institute should supplement training by retired professional and passed out student who have completed at least five years in the industry, to provide lectures and established connect. Top professional college succeed often with this connect. Identification of such person who can give lecture can be through EPFO(provident fund) data which has information industry a person belongs to and how long the person has been in the industry. I am sure it will not be huge cost, but insight they will share be invaluable
