Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

Skill management relevance is also depend on how practical and current the skill is. Skill training institute should supplemented by retired professional lectures and passed out student who have completed at least five years in the industry to provide lectures and established connect. Top professional college succeed often with this connect. Identification of such data through can by EPFO data which has which information industry a person belongs to and how long the person has been in the industry. I am sure it will not be huge cost, but insight they will share be invaluable

Secured and Protected skill development and strengthening of DESH architecture

1. Aim High: Instead having plans to sharpening the skills for present day requirements, we have to aim High and create new skills for 20-30 years in advance. So that, we can become a super power in just 5-10 years. 2. Promotion of Inventions: India has to become a hub for new inventions in this modern era, so that, India's growth may be powerful. 3. Advancement of production technologies: By doing advancement in the production technologies in all the fields, India may become a great export hub in order to boost the economy. 4. Electronics and Robotics' science: Future Era will be in the hands of Electronics/Robotics' Super powers. So India has to focus on the same. 5. Educating the Yuva with Aim of becoming No. 1 in the world: We will have educate the Yuva Shakti in way that we will become No. 1 Economically & Technologically in 5-10 years.

We all a people of India and as we are people of India we have all different view and different ideas regarding any one topic so in my point we all are creative and have have different creative ideas from other that can be large ideas or small ideas every ideas has its own important on same topics of other so no ideas is good or bad every ones idea is great and brilliant

Skilling is also decision making with fewer mistakes. Our babus require maximum skilling. As far as taking bribes are concerned our babus to clerks all have mastered the art of it. They hardly have any feeling for country forget patriotism, in absence of tough laws against corruption they have become scot free. They need to be skilled the most in working along with corruption. We junta face their apathy, corrupt behavior and lethargy everyday, it affects us but who cares?
