Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

PM Sir, We (Amal, Mechanical, & Syamal, E&IC) both retired engineer developed (on our experiences) the below system indigenously, like to implement all Indian plants as Atmanirbhar Bharat. Optimization of Wagons Loading Time in Silo & RLS by electrification of tracks for electric locomotive use. Introduction: There are specialized engineering company for the design and supply of Rapid Loading System (RLS) for coal, Iron Ore and other materials loading to wagons through the hoppers or silos. There are number of existing silos also across India with rail track(s) passing through it for loading of wagon rakes by deployment of diesel locomotives to push Rakes and passed through the silos. The loading time of this methodology in Railway siding be optimized by electrification of tracks within the silo area. So that the electric locomotives to be used for rakes to pass through silo while loading without employment of diesel locomotives by indigenously developed for Atmanirbhar Bharat.

5.To Compliance of National Green Tribunal (NGT) guidelines for minimizing pollution during Wagon rakes loading system. 6.To achieve the mission of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India Projects by development a total indigenous system in the Indian plants. Arrangement: The detail arrangement & methodology for the system shown in separate Proposal with Schematic Layout Drawings to be presented when discussion in person on Electrification of Railway Tracks inside the Silo. Amal Sengupta (Mechanical) & Syamal Sarbadhikari (E&IC) from Kolkata. P3/3

Mechanism: Electrical locomotives are widely used in Indian railway network for fast transportation of wagon rakes. Therefor the combination of RLS and Electrification of the railway tracks inside the loading Silo or Hopper area can achieve the optimization of wagon rakes (cost effective) loading time. Objective: 1.To achieve Mission of 100% electrification and eliminate Diesel Locomotive with reduction of the traction bill by means of saving of HSD oil. 2.To provide a solution for facilitating overhead loading under SILO at freight terminals in that of electrified territory. 3.To minimize the rake loading time thereby improving wagon turnaround and optimum utilization of the crew and assets. 4.To minimize damage of Over Head Equipment (OHE) for Railways during the operation of Wagon rakes loading system. p2/3

I am a farmer in Idukki district,Kerala. We have registered a Farmer Producer Company KADS(PCL). at Thodupuzha. We are buying farm produces directly from the farmers without middlemen. Farmers produce a variety of produces without knowing what would be the likely demand inthe market. Some time there is overproduction and at certain times there scarcity. So far no agency has taken up this issue and hadgone for a correct estimat. Our Prime Minister talks about doubling farmers' income. There is no data about what is produced, what is consumd and what is available for sale .So our FPO has decided to undertake a detailed study of what is produced, what is consumed and is available for disposalin selected twenty Grama Panchayats and Thodupuzha Muncipality and Grama Pancyats in Idukki Ernakulam and Kottayam districts.Fifty Farmers will be selected from each Panchayat. Would go for a coorrect and on the spot study of each household. Our FPO will first go for a soil Health Card for each farmer.c

Dear PM Shri Modi ji, I have a simple yet powerful 100% guaranteed idea for skill development. Skillsets can be developed in school kids. Kids of 6th Class onwards are very creative, in learning mode. We need to put practical learning such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) in curriculum. Computer Coding should be optional for the student, who are having interest in it. We need to kids exposure of banking system, e.g. depositing cheque in the bank, filling bank slip, how to fill forms. We are still teaching only letter writing and not teaching forms to be filled by them etc. We need to put a team of people to design a practical curriculum, which comprises day-to-day business work learning in the kids when they are young. It will give industry/startup the skilled manpower or new business man will be better equipped. I hope the above suggestion will be implemented sooner is better. Best regards, Ashvany
