landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

I think we have art and craft subject in govt schools too ,the co curricular activities and classes will make mandatory in every govt primary schools,we should make our own electricity with the help.of uranium

Skill development courses can be divided into several types.Self-employment sector (service sector), impossibility to start self-employment (manufacturing sector). The post-training position should be determined by focusing.Trade students related to service sectors need extra time to develop skills. The period currently provided by the government for service sector trades is not sufficient for apprentice trainers. This period does not provide the experience required to become a full-time employee and start a self-employment. They spend their days indifferently like school days.The training period for the service sector (ITI + apprentice + full time trainee employee) should be fixed at five years.Despite the current training period for the manufacturing sector.Emphasis should be given to service sector related sectors in Skills india 2.0.Congratulations on the success of skill 2.0

skilling India: a simple balancing tool in the hands of students is Laboratory. To control quality of hand sanitizers in the market, Government machinery would not be able to spare the manpower. Let students of chemistry, pharmacy analyze using Gas chromatography the hand sanitizers in the market and notify thru social media. Similarly, the good intention of the Govt in introducing Generic medicines can be helped by all Pharmacy colleges analysing the generics and sharing their data on social platforms. It helps the user, industry and the govt. Fluorosis and Chronic kidney disease are spreading like wild fire all over India. Fluorosis has the potential to lower the mental ability of our children- the best national asset. Students of social and preventive medicine, social pharmacy, dental colleges etc can take up their project studies in these and such areas and help the govts efforts

सावधान!! मोबाईल कंपनी आमचा पत्ता अपडेट करत नाही. ऑनलाइन फसवणूक करणाऱ्या गुन्हेगारांना सायबर क्राईम पोलिसांनी पकडता येत नाही. हा माझा जुना पत्ता आहे.. पत्ता पडताळणीसाठी माझा नवीन पत्ता मोबाईल नंबर कंपनीमध्ये अपडेट करता येणार नाही. हेच सराईत गुन्हेगार ऑनलाइन फसवणूक करणारे मोबाईल क्रमांकाचा वापर करत आहेत.

Alert!! Mobile company does not update our Address. Criminals online cheaters cannot be trapoed by the cybercrime police. This is my old address.. My new address cannot be updated in mobile number company for address verification. This is what the criminals online cheaters frauds are using the mobile number linientlly.

स्किल इंडिया में फैक्टरी से रिटायर्ड कर्मचारियों को रिक्रूटमेन्ट करने से वे साफ्टवेयर और डिवाइस की कनेक्टीविटी पर अपना अनुभव साझा कर सकते है जिससे हमारे उद्योगों का ज्यादा से ज्यादा टेक्नालिजिकल अपग्रेडेशन हो सकता है जिसके फलस्वरूप हमारे उत्पाद सबसे कम कीमत में बन सकेंगे। वर्तमान में ऐसे अनुभवी कर्मचारियों का इस्तेमाल हमारे देश के औद्योगिक विकास के लिए नहीं हो रहा है। अतः सरकार को चाहिए कि स्किल इंडिया में अनुभवी कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करे।

प्रधानमंत्री जी, कृपया देश हित में * एक देश एक कानून लागू किया जाए । * जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लागू किया जाए। * देश के विकास के लिए आरक्षण को पूरी तरह समाप्त किया जाए। आप देश हित में कर सकते हैं। * ऑन लाइन मतदान शुरू किया जाए जो आधार कार्ड से लिंक किया जाए। धन्यवाद.

If we know that what is the practical use of what we are studying, then it will be more interesting to read,It is a fact that the teachers who teach us do not know how to do practicals themselves, If our teacher is someone who is retired in the same work, then no one will be able to teach as he can teach, These retired people should be given the post of teacher, Practical practice should be made compulsory.We should make such an organization that maintains all the books online in PDF, and keep it public accessible.This PDF should be editable so that the hiring company can update their personal skills in it,Which students will get in direct PDF which they will be able to read, What will happen by doing this, the books of the students will be free and open source, which can be updated by the famous people,So we will be able to get updated PDF by scientists of famous organization like DRDO, ISRO and others,Students will get free PDF books by simply downloading them which are expensive
